Deadly heart

I could feel tears streaking down my face. I looked up at her. Her eyes were wide and she looked like she didn't mean for me to see them. "W-Why?" I managed to get that out but that was it. "It was all my fault! Yiu getting beat up and having to take care of me. I was the one who showed up at your school when u knew I wasn't supposed to. I-I'm sorry max I didn't mean for you to get hurt I just-" I cut her off by putting my hand to her mouth. I wasn't looking at her but I could feel her eyes staring at me. I felt her tears run down my hand and I looked up at her. I took my hand from her mouth and let her speak again. "I stopped when I realized I had you and you told me I wouldn't have to worry. Instead I waz the one worrying you."
I looked her for a moment nor believing what she was saying. "Sylvi. You are not worrying me. You are the best thing to happen to me. I don't want you doing this ok?" She looked at me and more tears went down her cheeks. I pulled her into my lap on the floor where I was kneeling. She buried her face in my shoulder and i could feel her tears soaking my shirt. I hear a silent ok as she pulls away. She kisses my cheek and I pull her closer for a kiss. I start to think about her dad and how she would have protected herself like that from him. I start to think about what he told me. About the money and how she had it. "Sylvi. How much money did you take from your dad?" She looked at me with curiosity and then laughed. "To be clear it was my monet that I earned and he stole. I have 2,500. Why?" My eyes widened as I looked at her. "We could move out of this dump and get our own place!" She smiled and stood up. She helped me up and then ran to her jacket on the floor. She shuffled through one of the inside pockets and pulled out some money. "Bam! If this is what you want than this is what we will do!" I smile and swing her around. We laugh and she throws her arms around my head. "Oh Max I can't wait to spend my whole life with you." I look at her and smile. I pull her closer so I can kiss her. " When shall we start?" I think about how I can do online schooling and we wouldn't have to worry about the jocks. Plus my parents wouldn't mind and it would be great! I'll talk to my parents when they get home. They will be glad I'm leaving for sure.

When my parents get home we have a long talk about them getting more money to spend time together and not have to worry about me. So it was settled everything was great. I Head Back upstairs to tell sylvi but shes already passed out at the desk doing random math for the future. I kneeled down next to the desk and looked at her. I Couldn't help but smile. I picked her up bridle style to the bed. She woke as I set her down. She watched as I turned off the light and layer into the bed with her. "I love you." She smiled and whispered it back in her sleepy voice.

I was ready for the future.
