I blinked once then twice.

I squinted at the bright light above me in confusion.

Where am I...?

My eyes darted across the white room.

Am I dead?

A slight pain ran through my body as I gently touched my head with my left hand.

My eyes slowly drifted to the side as I spotted my mum crying non stop while looking towards the ground.

"Mum?" I mumbled softly as she rose her head quickly.

"Han Han? You're awake? My daughter is awake!" I watched my mum yell as tears gushed out of her eyes.

"Doctor she's awake!" I heard a lady dressed in white yell.

Doctor...? I'm in the hospital aren't I?

"How are you feeling?" He asked as he sat down next to me.

"What happened?" I mumbled.

"You got into a car accident." He said bluntly.

The memory of the flash if light suddenly appearing before me came back.

"I see..." I nodded my head then felt slight pain in my neck.

"You shouldn't move around to much, your right arm is broken and your neck is slightly damaged. Your lucky your injuries aren't to severe; and since you got hit on your right the right side of your body might feel a bit numb." He reported as I breathed in relief.

"I'm alive aren't I?" I blinked a few times as I found myself chuckling.

"Yep. Rest well okay," he patted me on the shoulder as I smiled.

I stared outside the window as they served me hospital food.

It tasted surprisingly good. But I still missed my convenience store food.

I took a deep breath, does he know I'm injured?

Kelly came and visited me along with Wang Yuan.

"Here, I know your craving the triangular rice balls from seven," she smiled handing me a plastic bag.

"You know me," I grinned.

"Ai your right hand." She rubbed it gently as I sighed.

"It's not like I knew I was going to be hit by a car." I shrugged.

"She did it on purpose." Wang Yuan frowned as I breathed out slowly.

"I didn't think she'll go that far, guess she wanted me dead." I added nonchalantly.

"How are you so calm geez," Kelly nudged me.

"Did Qian Xi come-" Wang Yuan was cut off by Kelly nudging him.

"It's fine. I don't think he even knows." I forced a smile.

"I see... I'm sorry," Wang Yuan mumbled as I held my tears back.

When I opened my eyes Wang Yuan and Kelly were already gone, I guess I fell asleep.

I looked over to the table and found the triangular rice ball unwrapped for me.

"Ahh geez they didn't have to," I smiled as I mumbled.

"I did it."
