When Nic awoke he was comfortable. Which was strange for him. Nic had never really like to sleep, it took time out of his day that he could use to be more productive.

Maybe it was because he could finally sleep next to his Cel.

He layed on his back with his eyes closed and his arms behind his head. He had a small smile on his face but he jumped up with wide eyes when he heard the sound of Celestina screaming. It was something that sent chills down his back.

He threw the covers off and ran to where he heard the scream. She was in the living room lying on her back, eyes wide in terror.

"Esti bine?" He asked, forgetting that she couldn't understand him.

"Are you okay?" He translated and moved closer to her. She started to scoot back against the wall, fear shown on her face.

"I will not hurt you." He tried to convince her.

"Stay away. Stay far from me. Just please, I don't know you and I want to go home." Cel looked down at her legs that were curled into her body in attempt to get farther away from Nic.

"You are home? I keep telling you that. It is the truth."

"Is that what you told the other girls? Amy Terra, Hailey West, Jezima Harris?" She trembled while saying those names, her voice getting softer and softer.

But he was genuinely confused. He just crouched down in front of her and followed her gaze to one of his shoes and the TV. Out of all the things, he forgot to clean his shoes. The black shoes were splattered with blood and cleaning supplies, he forgot to change out of them and into the scrubs.

"You have a type, huh? All those gingered people, am I next? Do you do this to everyone you're going to kill?" He tried to move farther away but Nic wouldn't allow it. He stood up and gripped her upper arms tightly in his hands and lifted her to her feet. Celestina flinched away from him and he released her. He didn't want her to be scared of him. He only did what he did because there were too many imposters. They didn't deserve or weren't worthy enough to look like his Cel.

"I did what I did because they were imposters. They were not real." He tried to explain but she just looked at him in more fear, if that was possible.

"Imposters? Imposters of who? Who are we not good enough to be? Not everyone is trying to be someone's imposter." She whispered, trying to move her face back.

"You. They were trying to look like you." He said and caressed her cheek.

"I don't know them, how could the be trying to imitate me. No one chooses how they look. You're a monster, you're a killer and I just want to go home. You had no reason to take me against my will." She started to get confident and raise her voice. It made Nic cower backwards, he didn't like it when she was angry. It upset him.

"But we were made for each other. I am yours and you are mine. It is fate." He said slower than usual and started to whistle softly.

"Fate? You want to know something about fate? Fate is when you accidently bump into someone at a coffee shop or on the sidewalk and you ask them out, you get to know them. Not just take them while they're asleep. You are a sick, sadistic bastard." She spat, trying to move from him.

"I am not sick? I am healthy." Was all he said as he watched her pass him. This was not how he wanted to spend his morning. He didn't want her to find out like this.  Maybe not at all.

He could hear her moving about the cabin and was really confused, did she want to leave him? Why would she want to do that? As he grew nervous of her leaving he started whistling louder and louder. He moved to find her in the kitchen tearing open drawers.

"That is not very nice." He commented, shutting the drawers after her and finally grabbing her wrists.

"Well you're not nice. Don't you have a phone?" She huffed at a piece of her hair that fell over her eyes. She looked like a crazed lunatic. But then again, that was much better than a murderer.

"A phone? No, I do not have a phone." He scrunched his eyebrows together, she was serious about leaving him?

She struggled against him before giving up. There was no way she could escape, and when she looked out of the windows all she seen were trees, so she wouldn't be able to run.

He let go of her wrists and opened on of the drawers she hadn't opened and brought out a book. She looked at him in question but he grinned and showed her the book, "What would you like for dinner? You can choose." She stared at him in bewilderment, he really was insane. She slowly took the book from his hand and he turned and walked away. The smile instantly vanished from his face when his back turned and he walked away. If she wanted to leave, he would do everything in his power to stop her.

Later that day when Nic was keeping to himself, Celestina came up behind him and touched his shoulder. But he didn't know it was her so he quickly tensed and stood tall, ready to defend himself.

When he seen that it was his Cel he stopped and gave her a tight smile.

"I want this." She said and handed the recipe book to Nic. He gently took it from her and looked at what she wanted. She just wanted steak with a side of pasta. He was sure he had that. He grunted in response and she left him without a word more.

Nic put his supplies back into his bag and placed it under a loose floorboard before following Cel out of the door.

If this dinner is what she wants, then it's what she'll get. He'd even give her the moon if she asked. Nic just needed to make sure she stays with him. If that's the last thing he'll ever do. Together or not at all.
