Nagisa's POV

A shield of light was formed on the class 3-E's mountain a week ago. Y/N and I rushed outside- getting out of the apartment to find out what's going on. Apparently the government had gone forward with their final plan to bury Koro Sensei. They have made the Spear of Heaven and the Shield of Earth.

The news made it seemed like Koro Sensei was making us suffer all along in class. It was terrible. We were pitied by strangers, and we couldn't get them to hear us out. Even if we were the closest persons to Koro Sensei.

Everyone in class E had decided a plan to save Koro Sensei. We successfully made our way up the mountain- took down all the guards posted. "Everyone! Right here!" Isogai said, pointing at the shield. He tested his hand first- then his whole body.

We entered the Shield of Earth, where Koro Sensei was waiting for all of us. "I could tell by the sound. You've come so far, class." He said to us proudly. All of us didn't care of how tired we were, we ran to him, thankful that he was still alive.

"KORO SENSEI!"

I looked up and saw a red light shining brightly. "That's the light from the laser..." "I see. So they'll be firing the killing laser just before midnight." Said Koro Sensei. Y/N and I exchanged a startled look. "That much power would even shut down my Absolute Defense Form." He continued.

"Koro Sensei!" Kurahashi shouted, "Let's find a way out of here! We'll be your hostages- or whatever it takes!" "We can't leave you here alone with that laser that's going to kill you any minute by now!" Y/N added, we all nodded in response. "There's no stopping that laser now." He disagrees. "Not when people know i'm out there."

It hurts me when he said that. I don't want him to die, I wanted to save him.

"Koro Sensei...did you know all along that it would come to this?" Hayami asked, her tone sounding sad. Y/N was starting to let her tears out- I held her hand and wiped the corners of her eyes, just so that she would feel a bit better.

"Even if I were never to explode, you can't expect all these nations not to be afraid of a creature like me." Koro Sensei explained. "Sooner or later, they'll want to snuff me out. It's only reasonable." I sighed at his explanation, it was sad but true.

"There might have been a way if we'd acted sooner..." Fuwa added. "Like breaking the barrier projectors or making the rounds online and on TV to plead our case!" Koro Sensei turned to her, "That would have gotten you labeled even more dangerous, and you might have been placed under stricter surveillance." He said.

"Besides, the projectors have impregnable defenses. There are anti-aircraft weapons in place if I so much as a huck a rock at them. With your current capabilities and equipment, you'd likely get caught along the way." Koro Sensei's face turned red with 2 circles formed. "That is how perfect this plan was. They spared nothing, pouring in tech and time and people."

"This assassination, this crystalization of the world's wisdom and efforts, surpasses my own abilities, for which I offer my respect and am honored to have been its target." He explained as he put a tentacle on his chest. Beside me, Y/N was already bawling her eyes out just by hearing Sensei's long explanation.

"Shh, don't cry yet temper head." Karma whispered softly while patting her head. "I-I can't help it. I'm s-sorry baka." Y/N replied between her sobs. "Here," I reached my pocket and took out my handkerchief. "Use this." I wiped her eyes before giving it to her. "Thank you, Nagisa." She smiled.

"But...then all our hard work getting here- that was all wasted?" Yada asked wistfully. "Is anything ever really wasted, Yada-san?" Koro Sensei asked as he placed a tentacle on her head. "You went all the way to space to find out that the probability of my exploding was less than 1 percent."

"That brought the light back to a darkly sinking E class, and the month that followed was short, but very sweet. That process, your hearts- that's what's important. You used every last bit of what you learned to come see me." He now placed both tentacles on his chest. "As a teacher, there can be no greater happiness."

"So what if time's up?" Terasaka interrupted angrily. "It's just 1 percent! That's a risk we'll take- and gladly! Why won't the government and the rest of 'em hear us out, when we're the ones who've been the closest to you? This octopus...okay, he's a perv, but he's not dangerous !"

"'We won't listen to what those kids have to say. We'll just pity them instead.'  It's insulting." Hazama said, describing the whole news situation.

"Like we can shut up and take this..." Muramatsu said.

"Next time I see those goons, i'm gonna-"

Korosensei interrupted what Yoshida have to say and turned Hazama, Muramatsu, and Yoshida's head. He shook Terasaka's head and lightly slapped his face.

"Terasaka, all of you...how about I give you some word of wisdom?"
