Chapter Sixteen

Brooklyn then shushed you as she let a small opening from her curtains, looking through you noticed someone there standing out side the house, a motorcycle next to them.

Wait a minute......

"N-N-Nolan?" You whispered to yourself, but quickly you turned back and grabbed your backpack.

"I have to get out of here!" You said, quickly changing into black jeans, a white tank top, and black combat boots, and a leather jacket. Brooklyn nodded and dragged you to the bookshelf that was next to the bed.

"What are you doing?-"

Brooklyn pulled at a book in the middle of the shelf, then in seconds the bookshelf opened, it was a door. Behind it was a huge Crawl space...it was a tunnel.

"(Y/N) I want you to get out of here, take Jade with you!" Brooklyn said as she hurried you to go into the tunnel entrance, you picked up Jade who was fast asleep.

"What are you going to do?" You asked as you crawled into the tunnel entrance. But before Brooklyn could answer one of the windows shattered into pieces and an arrow landed right next to Brooklyn's ankle.

"I'm going to hold him back as long as I can!" Brooklyn said, you felt your eyes water up as you looked at Brooklyn.

"He's dangerous Brooklyn....please be careful." You whispered, Brooklyn then gave you a grin that you reminded you of Natsu....

"Don't worry, I may had been gone from the guild but that doesn't mean that I haven't been training." Brooklyn said, then in the palm of her hands, she was forming a galaxy like fireball.

"Oh my god I didn't know you still practiced.." You. said.

"Before you go...What type of magic do you have?" Brooklyn asked, you just looked down before saying quietly.

"I'm an elemental Dragon slayer.."

Brooklyn then smiled softly at you, then as a tear rolled down her face she said as she chocked down her tears.

"It was nice meeting you (Y/N), hopefully one day we can meet again."

"Wait-"

But then Brooklyn gasped and turned around, you could see Nolan jumping through the window.

"Goodbye." Brooklyn whispered, then she closed the door slowly so then Nolan wouldn't noticed.

"Where is she?" You could hear Nolan growl.

"If you are going to find her your going to have to get passed through me." Brooklyn's voice hissed.

"(Y/N) we have to get out of here..." Jade whispered, you let your tears out as you nodded.

"O-O-Okay Jade..." You barely whispered.

Quickly you crawled down the tunnel, in the distance you could hear the action happening back in Brooklyn's house, your heart racing a thousand miles.

Brooklyn can fight him, I know she can.....

You quickened the pace as you crawled, a few minutes later you started to see light from the other side.

"Now I have to get out of here and to that whatever Island.." You said to Jade.

"Aye!" Jade replied.

By the time you made it to the end, it was blocked off by bars.

"Damn it!" You hissed,turning around to make sure no one was after you. Your hands started to sweat as you tried to barge through the bars.
