Three birds; One stone [Expiration Date Short Story]

"Isn't it lovely when everything falls perfectly into place?"

Iris squirmed in her seat as she watched the three of them point guns at each other. Jonas was expired. If anything went wrong, he didn't stand a chance. If she could just get her binds off, she could probably tackle this little witch.

"What do you intend to achieve?" Vienna asked. She seemed calmer than Iris. And she had bruises all over from Eric's manhandling.

"Simple. Jonas and Colton will be captured. Jonas is expired, so he'll be used in favour of the rebellion. The secrets of the Amoris will be revealed, and everything is going to go downhill from the loss of the preeminence and beta".

"What about the Society? You intend to be revealed as a traitor then?" Iris asked through gritted teeth.

"Oh no. I remain a traitor till the very end. Since I am the tresais now, I'll be in charge while my brothers are away. I'll lead the others to prepare for war against the rebellion. The Amoris and everyone who can't fight would be moved to a safe house. I intend to have that safe house blown up once everyone is 'safely' locked inside".
