Chapter 21

Camila had also loved how well Lauren had gotten along with her family. It made her really excited to meet Lauren's. Lauren had asked Camila's parents to drop her off at her campus because she felt like the family needed some of their reunion time.

The two were now saying their goodbye's in front of Lauren's dorm.

"That really makes me want to meet your family now." Camila told Lauren as they held hands.

"You eventually will. I've told them about you, maybe you can come visit them with me on my birthday in two days?" Lauren asked carefully.

"You're...leaving the day before your birthday?" Camila asked, furrowing her eyebrows.

"...Yeah. My family most likely wants to see me on my birthday and they did say to visit them soon. Soooo, why not my birthday? Uh, surprise...?" Lauren said putting her hands up in the air.

"You fucking idiot!" Camila exclaimed, hitting Lauren on her arm.

"Ouch, uh, did I miss something?" Lauren asked and Camila frowned.

"So, you're telling me, I only have tomorrow with you?" Camila asked.

"Well... if you come with me to my parents...you'll have more time with me." Lauren said, shrugging.

"Ugh, I can't go, Laur...I would love to but Sofi's only here for a week and I'm sure my parents and I are going to spend a whole bunch of time with her. Fuck! I thought I would be with you for your birthday." Camila frowned.

"Aw, baby. We'll work it out. Yeah?" Lauren said pouting.

"Ugh, yeah. I hate you, you loser." Camila said, kissing Lauren quickly on the lips.

"Hate you too, sweetheart." Lauren chuckled, leaning in to kiss Camila.

Camila met her halfway and the two kissed like they were in their own world until they separated.

"I'll see you tomorrow." Camila said one last time before kissing Lauren's cheek.

Lauren nodded happily then watched Camila saunter down the hallway, leaving down the stairs.

It was about one a.m. and Lauren was still up, scrolling through the Internet. She sat cross-legged on her bed as Normani was just a couple feet away from her, knocked out and snoring a bit but Lauren was already used to that.

She had been on her laptop, googling her own name. Of courses Lauren was curious about what the media had to say about her.

She was curious because it's broadcasted to the whole entire world to see. Almost all of the articles dealt with Camila- and some of Brad during that red carpet thing.

There was a new recent one from Perez Hilton.
