Chapter Eight - Reuniting With Lucy

I found myself craving for Liam. I was about to see him in only hours. My condition was very bad, that's what the nurses has said. When Izzy and I finished our argument, we heard a loud scream come from the one only Kacey. We cut our argument short and we ran towards her in a hurry. But greeted with a weeping girl and many helicoptors and running nurses everywhere. Some came towards us but I kept my eyes trained on Kacey, for once worried about her. The nurse saw that I kept staring and answered my only question that has been circulating my mind.

"She has twisted her ankle and have some fracture ribs. Were still trying to figure out how this happen, have any clue." she asked as she expected me. I wince as she touch a sore spot, I shook my head not having a clue. She touched my face and head and everywhere else I winced in some and once she was finished she gave a weird look over to another nurse.

"You can go in the helicopter there will be food and water, I'll adivise you to get some of that and also rest. Be careful hun, your in a quite fradgile condition." she smiles, I nod and walk over to the helicopter as she said before all these things were in this small one. They hand me some water and food, I took the water but diss the food. But I got a strong feeling of not eating, all my hunger disappeared and I felt quite light headed.

"Lucy are you okay?" I hear Izzy say she looked franquitly worried. Eventhough we had an argument she cared, which is a lovely feauture on a person.

"I'm okay." I answer, my eyes felt like they will drop any second now."You should eat something, you don't look that well." my eyes soon drooped and everything went black.

Beeps circulated my mind, as a major headache was screwed in. I soon rejusted and heard sobs the crying blocked the beeps. I turn my head to the side, and Liam sat there tears streaming as he looked the other side not noticing I was staring.

"I can't lose you." he whispers, I move my hand over where his lays and laid it over his.

"I never will." I croak, my voice rough and harsh. Its really dry and begging for a drink of water. He shoots up and whipes the tears roughly out of the view.

"Lucy," he whispers my heary flutters as I could hear his voice say my name again. And I missed it, I look around finally reacting to my scences, I was at a hospital, by the looks of it.

"I'm really thirsty Liam." my voice is barely audible but Liam hears it and nods rapidly and shots out of the room. Muttering something about getting the doctor.

My parents soon are in the room as there's tears also visable in there eyes, they hug me and pull back. I once again feel my eyes droppy and I let them down, as my mum runs a hand through my hair.

My mind only thought Lucy and when will she wake up. My leg shaked rapidly as the doctor was inside checking if everything was alright. Lucy's mum puts a hand on my knee and shows sympthy in her eyes.

"She's going to be fine Liam. As the doctor instructed, she's very week, they're injecting her viatemen to have more health in her bones." she said I nodded and stared at the door waiting in patiently to see the doctor will appear.(A/N: I'm not a doctor guys so, please understand I dont know anything about hospitality)

"She's going to be fine Liam, listen to what the nurse has said." Karen, Lucy's mum told me, trying to calm me. I give her a slight smile but continue to shake my leg. How am I going to explain this all to Lucy? I know it was just a small mistake that never happend, but it almost did. Lucy was in pain whilst I was trying to kiss an other girl.

"Mrs.Wilde?"a voice said, I turn to see that Karen was already up and ready to hear what the doctor is about to say.

"Yes?" I rub my hands on my eyes and stand up and make my way over to her.

"Your daughter is doing fine. We got her x-rays back and they showed not broking just brused. But give her some time to rest and she will be up on her feet soon!" he smiles we both return it and he gives a nod and walks away. My worrieds soon brush away and I give Karen the biggest hug I can ever master.

"She's okay!" I spin her around I hear her laugh along."Okay Liam, okay, can you let me down now." she says I give a chuckle and let her down.

"I told ya she was going to be okay, you need to be patient boy." she smiles, her smile just reminds me of Lucy. Oh Lucy, that makes me want to just see her again.

"Lucy Wilde is awake, you can step in now." the nurse who was previously here before opens the door as we both go in. Karen is the first one to step in and I follow behind. My eyes are connected to Lucy's as I see the state she's in. Her skin isn't glowing it's a color of a pale ghost, her lips are the color of rotting grapes falling from a bush. I look into her eyes in sorrow but I notice that her eyes are blue as the sky, as the ocean sea. Where we met, a smile grows to my lips as I remember the past.

One Year Ago

The waves in the ocean were rough and not very friendly, the white puffy clouds were gone and soon gray and full of water clouds appeared. My eyes squient towards the sky. The sun was still shinning trying to escape from the stormy clouds. The suit was sticking to my skin and I begged for it to come off. The ocean was cleared out except for some familes that were telling there crying and whinning children it was time to go. I look back to waves, just one more won't make harm.

"I don't think it's safe to surf." a sweet gentle voice said behind me, I turn to see a girl. Her hair was tied into a messy ponytail. Her lips were a bright red but she wore no make up, but she wore a pink and black suit. A surf board was on hold of her arm. She looked into the distance of the waves

"I will say the same thing to you." I give her a smile. She gives a sneer chuckle and looks back at me, her eyes were blue as a gem.

"Oh Liam I'm not stupid as you to give a try on the waves, have you seen the weather?"

"You know who I am?"

"Who doesn't?" I shut my mouth and left with no words in my mind.

"Cat caught your tongue?" she gives me a smirk, a smirk I'm sure I'll never forget. She turns away with her board still in hold I grab hold of it and she looks back in annoyence.

"What?" she says her Britsh accent in hold."What's your name?" a loud sound of thunder was soon heard.

"Why don't you try and learn it." she smirks,"what does that mean?" I ask and she throws her head back in laughter.

"I'm trying to flirt here. I though you will at least play along."

"Oh I already am."

Present

"Lucy." I get closer to her and hold her hand. Her mum closes the door and leave us alone.

"Liam." she says,"your okay that's all that matters." I kiss her forhead.

"How about Izzy and Kacey?" she asks, I scrunch my eyebrows and look at her confused.

"Who?"

"Nothing. Can you just bring the nurse back in." I nod and stand up, I stop and turn around.

"Before that, I gotta tell you something."

A/N: I finally got the chance to update!!! I didn't go back and edited I will go back soon. Not sure when will be the next update. Sooooo not sure and I will like to give thanks! I got 16k on OHL!! This book is almost on 800 reads and KSD on 1k! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH THIS MEANS SOOO MUCH TO ME!! And HELLOOOO to my new followers! Thanks for following! I feel like no one is interested in this anymore :( did I do something wrong? If I did please do so and tell me. I feel like I failed, but thank God this book is going to finish and the others will be out of hold!
