Signal is the response to Entry #17.
Its description is "again".
The footage and audio came from "Silent Snow, Secret Snow", a short horror film from 1966. The audio says "Just wait till we will alone together and I will tell something new, something cold, something sleepy, something obscene, a piece of long bright curve of space. Banish them, refuse to speak, leave them. Go upstairs to your room, I will be waiting for you, I will surround your bed. Close the window, so that none will ever again be able to enter."
At the end appear the phrases "COME BACK" and "find me", an invitation to Jay to return to Brian's house.
