Phil smirked at Dan, "I'm not telling you. It's a surprise for a reason." Dan rolled his eyes and groaned loudly. "You know I hate surprises and Phil."
Phil put his hand on dans Thigh, not missing the sound of dans breath hitching. "Dan, I'm sure you'll love it. Just be patient." Dan slowly nodded, "y-yeah"
Phil removed his hand and smirked when seeing Dan squeeze his legs. He really had that bad of an effect on Dan?

Dan wasn't let down by Phils surprise date. He took him to dinner then ended the night with a Muse concert.
Phil stared at Dan while Dan looked at the stage with a cocktail of love and embarrassment from crying. He was singing the lyrics perfectly and Phil was realizing he was In love with the boy with brown hair and pretty brown eyes.
"Thank you so much Phil" Dan cried out hugging Phil tightly around his neck, phil holding onto his hips. "Anything for you Dan." As they pulled away they heard the start of the song, "falling away with you."
Dan blushed and looked down. He was the most gorgeous human being on earth, phil thought. Phil lifted dans head up, staring into eachothers eyes.

Phil cupped dans face and leaned in, Dan fluttered his eyes shut as their lips met for the first time.
Dan smiled into the kiss, loving this night. Who knew that he would develop feelings for Phil? His life may be hard, but as long as he had Phil, he knew everything would be okay.
Because of Phil, he now has the courage to exist.
