US: Its Complicated

**Dons POV**
2 days later
We get to take her home from the hospital. She is going to make a full recovery. My heart has never been this happy.
Her mom had to work so she asked me to pick her up. I wait in the room. She gets dressed and we head out.
"Where are we going. "
"First to eat and then were ever you want to go."
She smiles and looks out the window after saying ok.
We arrive at her favorite resturant Chik fila.
"We are here."
"Really really" she squeals.
"Yes" I say laughing.
We get out and walk in. The waiter shows is to a seat and asks for our drinks. I order her a large coke and myself one as well.
"So how are you feeling princess"
"Good" she says blushing.
I chuckle as the waiter comes back. "So are yall ready to order."
"Yes mam I would like the steak and cheese salad and the lady will have the chiken salad."
"Anything else?"
"No that will be all" I smile at her.
"Your food should be here shortly. Im Windy call me if you need anything."
"Will do"I say with a smile.
I turn back to Makyla and state at her. She is looking out of the window smiling and her cheeks are still tinged a light shade of pink. She is looking striaght at the pole across the street so I know she is zoned out. I smile.
"Come back to earth" I pinch her
"Owwwww big fat ugly meany head why did you fo that."
"Cause you were off in k-land and we need to talk."
"Ok talk" she says looking at me. I smile and think to myself here we go.
"I am so so sorry for any pain I have caused you. I would have told you but I knew the outcome.  We only slept together a few times. The last time we did that was two weeks before the situation with us. I need you to believe that I would never do anything intentionally to to hurt you. I care about you to much. You are my world my everything and the center of my universe. I didnt want tontell you like this but I am truly honestly unbelievably madly in love with you. I am sorry for anything I have done to hurt you" I finish and she is teary eyed. I get up and walk to her. I wrap her in my arms and rock her.
"I love you to" she barley wispers against my neck.
"Really do mean it. Really really" I say excitedly.
She laughs"Yes I do. I really love you. I didnt think it was possible but I do. I forgive you it was before me just we have to promise to tell each other everything no secrets.  Promise."
"I promise. Can I kiss you now" I ask and she kisses me smack on the lips. Like the first time sparks fly through my body but I break away "last question will you be my fiancé again."
"Yes I will."
I set her down off my lap and get the ring that I kept on my key chain and I hear her giggle. I put the rinng on her finger and do mine as well. I kiss her one more time and sit down.
"That was beautiful" the waitress says setting our food down.
"Thanks I guess" I say looking at her.
"Welcome and if you need anything just holler yall" she smiles walkin away.
"So" I say looking at her "how bout we get this to go and walk to the park"
"Sounds good" she giggles at me
'The check please"
"Here you go sir"
"Thank you" I sau paying and we leave. We walk to the park after driving a few blocks away from it. We arrived at the part and ate.
We finished and she ran like a kid to the swings. We took turns pushing each other. She started a game of tag and we played hat for awhile.
When we were both tired we left. I was driving and I pulled onto her streetband looked ovee at jer to find her asleep. I dont know where her keys are and her mother isnt home yet so I take her to mine. I pick her up bridal style and carry her to my room. I lay her down on my bed and lay behind her.
She snuggles close to my chest and I wrap my arms tighter around her. We fall asleep close together and it feels amazing.
