He finally stopped and glanced at the lights and back at me. "Sorry. I promise that I'll explain everything, but first thing first," he said and looked at me with a serious face "how do you know my name?"
I could fell my face heating up. "I didn't know your name was Hazel. I called you that because I didn't know your name and your eyes are hazel." I said and avoided his gaze.
He blinked twice and he started to laugh again. This time my face was red in anger. Before I could blow the lightbulbs off, I walked to him and kicked him right in his sensitive spot. He fell on the floor groaning and holding his what could have been his babies.
"I dare you to laugh one more time at me! I dare you! Do it one more time and I'll-" I started to threaten him when a deep voice stopped me.
"Or what? What can a little girl like you do to him?" I looked at the door and I saw a guy with black hair, green eyes and a too damn serious face leaning against the door's frame.
I took a step back because of his intense glare. If looks could kill, I would be dead now. The glare was stronger than mine, I give him that, but I won't admit it out loud.
"W-Who are you?" I said and cursed myself for stuttering.
"Huh, it looks like the fierce girl vanished into thin air. Am I so scary?" he said and started to walk up to me, but with each step he took ahead, I took one back.
Usually, I would just stay tall and I would slap him right across his face, but his evil smirk and that evil spark in his eyes scared the shit out of me.
My backing finished when the back of my knees came in contact with that bed. How much I hate that bed now. The evil thing stopped right in front of me, apparently not knowing the notion of personal space. His nose was touching mine and his deep green eyes were staring right in my blue-green ones.
Pull yourself together you idiot.
As much as I hate the little voice in my head, it was right. I need to pull my shit together and that's exactly what I did. I gave him one of my famous dead glares and pushed him with all my strength and he tumbled backwards.
"She's back and no. You're not that scary. You just took me by surprise, that's all." I said on a neutral tone.
Hazel was still on the floor and his eyes were as big as a potato and his jaw could hit the floor if he would bend down a little. The evil was on the floor too and looked taken back, but then his face breaks into a smirk.
"I like you and I'll train you. You have that spark, I can see it in you, but you have a lot of things to learn." he said and got up from the floor.
I never was so confused in my entire life. "What? What train? What spark? Learn what? Why I'm here? I don't understand." I said and sighed before I took a seat on the edge of the bed.
"Aaaa Ash. She doesn't know about....aaaa.... us." Hazel finally managed to say.
Ash's eyes flashed with understanding. "Now I understand why he screamed like a crazy old lady when she saw the darks."
I was even more confused that I was before and that started to irritate me. "Can someone explain me what's going on? Please. My head starts to hurt from all this questions."
"Fine. I'll give you answers. First do you are a really really fast runner?" Ash said and studied me.
"Yes." I hesitate a little before I answered.
"Okay next question. Do you remember anything since you were..... I don't know maybe 5?"
"No." okay, I'm starting to feel like something was off because I never could remember anything from my past since I was 10.
