I never really needed to use my skills for fighting or anything. No one dared to harm my family. For a week, me, Rebekka, Nik, Kol, and Eiljah were going to the town over to make business. It was weird to leave my twin, the night before we refused to be apart. No one could split us. The next morning was the hardest, I had tears saying goodbye to Henrik. "Do not cry, Annie. In a weeks time, we will see each other" he hugs me, I hug back not wanting to let go. "Promise?" I hold out my pinky to him. He smiles rapping his pinky around mine,"Promise."

I say farewell to mother the longest. "Mama what about my powers" I ask nervous. "I have just the thing" she hands me a beautiful necklace. I stare in awe, I always saw it in town. "Oh mama, I love it" I say awe. "Let me help" she says, she helps put it on. I smile down at it. "Ann, come on" I hear Nik call.

I rush over and get on my horse, Tumnus. We ride away, for a days time. We reach the other town and stay in a small hunt on the edge of their town, we settle in for the night. I slip into my night gown and fell asleep.

I had the worst dream, Henrik died!

I wake up screaming, tears flowing down from my eyes. I breathe heavily as Nik and Elijah brust in with their candles. "Ann?" I look up at me, the light shinning so you could see me crying. "Oh pup" Nik pulls me in his arms as Elijah rubbed my back comforting me. "It-it was so real" I sob clinging to my brothers. For the rest of the week, I stayed in bed cause I got a fever the next morning after the nightmare.

One late night, we decied to walk about since I was feeling better. Here girls were allow to wear trousers as along as a man your with is okay with it. My brothers were okay with it, Rebekka did not like it but respected my wishes to wear it. I had my dagger and blade on me, no one not even my siblings knew. Rebekka decied to take me to see the herpes they have, I smile buying some. We were paying for them when we hear yelling. We look that way, it sounded like Nik. Oh no....

My brother has a bad temper, I do too. When it comes to different things. We pay then quickly go to where they are ear the castle walls, Nik and a guard were arguing. "You can't have her" Nik yells. "The Prince asks to see her!" The guard yell, Eiljah was no where in sight. Kol was in the crowd ready to kick someone's arse. Who did the Prince want?

"She is a child, you can't" he yells, I stare wide eyed. He wanted me, why? "We will back later" the guards, the crowds clear. I run to Nik. "Nik what were you doing" I ask looking him holding his face in my small kid like hands. "I was not going to let them take you, pup" he says with teary eyes. "Oh Nik..." I hug him as he hugs back protectively.

For the rest of the day, I stayed with Nik. He refuse to have me out of his sight, let's say Eiljah was not happy when he heard of the fight. But forgave Nik when he was told what happen and what was said. We headed back to the home we were staying in. I stayed in my room, too scared to come out. I could gear my siblings talk amount themselves down stairs, I sat at my window looking to the castle. At one window, I see a boy. He looked a year older than me, he looking in my direction. I blushing looking away to the sky, which remind me of a sea but filled of stars.

"What are we to do, brother" I hear Eiljah say. I listen closely as they talk. "I do not know" I hear Nik say. "They said they be back, I will not give up our sister" I hear Kol growl. "Neither will I" says Rebekka. "Then what do we do?" Nik asks. No one dared say a word, I sighed tears threaten to spill from my eyes. This guard's were gonna take me away, I do not want that. I stare at the sky with glossy eyes. Nights like theses, I wish I had Henrik. I hug my legs to my chest, I feel so alone....
