The Secret I Never Knew [Vampire Knight Fanfiction]

The pureblood vampire sitting next to me is just annoying, all I'm trying to do is my work, and I don't care if he is my master. I don't want to be under full control of Koki, who knows what he'll want me to do. To think that I'm in the Night Class, and I'm not even an aristocat vampire or a pureblood, Kaname was kind to let me in here, I didn't want to hurt anybody after all. 

It was nearly time for the sun to come up, I didn't talk to anybody else because I would have bothered them, after all I am the lowest species of a vampire. I get up and walk out of the classroom, I think my bloodlust is affecting me again, that's the third time. I then head back to the dorm quickly and lay in my room. 

Wow, I've never been this tired before, I wonder how Yori and Yuki are going. Also Kotaro and Zero, I hope they're fine as well. They would of at least found at Koki is a pureblood vampire already, he only came to this academy because of me, and only me. A memory starts to appear in my head, it must be when I was turned into a vampire. 

Memory 

I look up and see Koki with blood on his face, he offers his hand to me to help me up. I accept the offer and stand up, he then pulls me into a hug unexpectedly.

"Over there, your twin sister is turning into a vampire by the minute, you'll be in the same position soon." Koki says. 

"Koki, please stop, Haruka doesn't deserve this at all." I beg him. 

"Sumiko.. get out of here now.." Haruka says to me while she's in immense pain. 

"Sumiko, I'm afraid you won't be going anywhere." Kiko says to me and I try to escape. 

Kiko then bites into my neck drinking my blood, I try to run once again, but he has a tight grip on my left arm. 

"Let go Kiko!" I demand him and he does. 

I fall backwards onto the floor, remembering my sister in pain. 

End of Memory 

My eyes immediately open in shock, and I hold my head. H-Haruka.. where are you..? I continually ask myself. I have to ask Kiko about Haruka, I need to know where my twin sister is immediately. I walk out of my room and look around for Kiko's room, I then stand in front of it. 

"Kiko, it's Sumiko, I need to talk to you about something very important." I say through the door and Kiko opens it immediately. 

"Come on in Sumiko, just tell me what you want." Kiko says letting me in. 

I walk in and sit down. 

"Kiko, it's about my memories. I had a twin sister named Haruka and she got turned into a vampire like me, please tell me where she is! I want to see my sister again!" I beg Kiko.

"Fine, you will have to follow me to where she is tomorrow night. But in exchange to see your sister you will have to drink my blood when we come back." Kiko says to me. 

"Fine.. if you're the only one to know where she is, I'll come." I say to Kiko. 

"Excellent, I'll prepare the travel there." Kiko says. 

I walk out of the room and see Kaname standing next to me. 

"Did you hear all of that Kaname?" I ask him. 

"Yes, from what I know Kiko was pretending to be an Aristocat vampire, but in reality he is a pureblood vampire of the Tsutaya family." Kaname says to me. 

"Are you going to make him stop Kaname?" I ask. 

"In time, he will face the consequences around him, and killing a pureblood vampire is not legal." Kaname says. 

"I see.." I say. 

"Go see your sister, and then I will have a little chat with him." Kaname says to me. 

I bow and go back to my room and doze off to sleep. 

I'll be seeing my twin sister tomorrow night, hopefully she is doing well.
