[THIS IS ONE OF THE FIRST STORIES I'VE WRITTEN
-please excuse the cringey-ness of this story...]
Davina Anderson had been a mystery to everyone- everyone but him of course.
Peter Parker fell for the brunette as soon as he laid his eyes on...

Liz was furious.
Not only did she have to console her best friend for the entire weekend, she now had to face said ass who broke her heart today in school.
Davina was considering skipping school which Liz knew couldn't be good being she made it clear at the beginning of the year that she didn't want to miss a day at all.
Liz stopped her the second Davina told her she didn't feel like going to school, gripping her shoulders tightly, "You can't let Parker get to you. You said you wouldn't let a boy get between you and school. So listen to yourself. This is that moment. Don't let Peter win."
Sighing, Davina nodded as she brushed her hair back. "You're right," she whispered, taking a deep breath before standing up, heading straight to her shower.
Liz waited wondering what exactly she'd say to Peter once she was face to face with him. Or what Flash would say- or even Harry for that matter.
She knew what she was going to say after a while though. She would be reminding him what she made clear prior to their date. He hurt Davina so Liz would hurt him.
He hurt her best friend, so it was a given that she was angry.
She wasn't scared of him. Not when it came to defending Davina Anderson.
So they walked into the school, Davina not giving her usual small smiles to her classmates, instead just walking with a straight face on, Liz's eyes scanning for Peter Parker.
He wasn't easy to spot though and had to wait as far as 3rd period for her to finally spot him, Liz glad that Davina was in another class when she went up to him.
"You know if it didn't get me suspended, I would totally just punch you in the face right now."
Peter looked up surprised to see Liz sitting in front of him, him hating that his teacher had to be absent today which allowed her to sit in front of him in that moment.
Sighing, Peter shook his head, "If she was home this weekend I would've been able to explain-"
"What that your best friend had an emergency you had to get to? That this emergency was so big that you couldn't even be bothered to pick up your phone to answer her calls or even text her to cancel the date for that matter?"
Peter looked down now, memories of his uncle Ben speaking to him about this when he forgot to pick up his aunt May the night of their fight.
It was then Peter realized just how differently the night could've turned out. How hurt Davina could've ended up.
And he never would have forgiven himself for that- just like it looked like Liz wouldn't be forgiving Peter anytime soon.
