That's stupid.
If you so desperately want to list things out, list them somewhere else. Label a chapter "Driver's License" or "Details" and list these things there. Just don't do them in the beginning of the first chapter, or substitute it as a first chapter.
A reason I would give for not listing them out and stating the obvious is because you should give the reader a chance to learn about your character.
Give them a chance to grow and change with your character, watching them develop as the story goes on. Let them find out the love interest in a chapter, not before the story starts.
I'm going to do things a little bit differently today by analyzing first chapters/parts of stories.
To those who let me review their story, thank you.
I decided not to screenshot the stories because of the 20 picture limit, but if you're curious to know what I'm describing, feel free to check them out.
NOTE: Stories with a star beside them have since been unpublished, but I'm still going to review them.
Let's get on with it.

1. The Arrival by @obey_nothing (Juan)
So the basis of this first chapter is that a group known as the Bullet Club ambush Samoa Joe as he's bragging about defeating Eric Young, and talking about how none of the fans' favorite wrestlers can defeat him (i.e. Finn, Shinsuke, Hideo).
While not the true leader, a man named Adam Cole is the acting leader and makes his intentions to challenge for the NXT Title clear, as he states it and walks away with the title.
There are some grammar, capitalization, and spelling mistakes, but aside from that, I'd say that it's a fine start.
The chapter directly addresses the title of the book with the arrival of Adam Cole and the Bullet Club, and introduces most of the main characters and some of their personality traits: they're jerks. Though that's okay, because not everyone needs to be a good guy.
