Object Show Oneshots!

"Clover? Are you there?" Those words repeated through Clover's head. She didn't know if she was just hearing things or someone was calling for her. The voice sounded... familiar. Like a forgotten friend. Clover thought. Then suddenly remembered. It was Leafy. She instantly sprang up, trying to find where her voice came from. "Please Clover... Where are you?" Clover ran into the direction it came from. Luckily enough, Leafy was there. But she was very injured. "Leafy!! What happened to you!?!" Clover tried not to panic at the sight of her wounded  friend. But Leafy just stared back. She almost started crying. Then leafy fell to her knees. Clover helped Leafy up. "Don't worry Leafy! I'm here now." She helped Leafy walk towards her camp site. Clover helped Leafy lay down into a small nest that Clover had made earlier.

Clover quickly wrapped a scarf around one of Leafy's wounds. She looked up at her. ""I'm sorry for not telling you I was coming her before hand." Leafy spoke in a very weak voice. Clover smiled. "It's okay Leafy, your free to come here any time remember?" Leafy nodded slowly. Clover took a leaf from a nearby yoyleberry bush and wiped off the blood.  Her smile faded. "Please tell what happened to you." Leafy got up, holding her arm with the bandage-like scarf. "Well it first started when I became friends with someone named Firey..."

                                                                                           ....

    "Oh wow. I'm sorry that happened to you. Firey is a very g-g-good friend." Clover looked down sadly. Leafy put her arm on one of Clover's leafs. "Clover, you know your still my first and best friend right?" She looked into Leafy's eyes and blushed.  Clover knew she liked Leafy more then a friend. And she felt that for a very long time. And right in that sweet little moment Clover decided that tonight is the night she will tell her. "It's getting dark, I should set up the fire." Clover got up to get some sticks. But she also got up to think.

Later that night, they both sat by the fire. Clover's head was spinning. She felt awkward because it was so quiet . But then Leafy finally spoke. "I just can't stop thinking about Firey. I don't know what to do Clover. It's so scary. I want to see him but I'm afraid of being attacked if I ever show my face to them. I feel so hurt." Clover looked confused. "Oh no, Did I miss a wound?" Leafy laughed, but then frowned. "No, I mean inside. I just feel so alone right now." Leafy felt her arm being grabbed. "But now your here with me, we are together." Leafy scoffed and stood up, pulling her arm out of Clover's grasp. "What does that prove!?!?" Clover felt a tear forming in her eyes. "Leafy... What do you mean."

She saw that Clover was about to cry. "I'm sorry Clover.. It's just that I dragged you into this now. If they find out your friends with me the same thing will happen. And I don't want that to happen to you." Clover stood up and got as close to Leafy as possible. "But Leafy, I would take that risk for you! We haven't seen each other for so long. I wouldn't give up this time for the world. I don't care what they say. Your still a good person. Even though you made a mistake that is fine. Everyone makes mistakes. And I bet if you find Firey and apologize to everyone this stupid war would be over." Leafy grabbed both of Clover's arms and nuzzled her. "Your right Clover..  Thank you for telling me that." Clover playfully punched Leafy. "Now let's eat silly, you must be starving after that long walk here."

They both took a bite of a yoyleberry, and became metal at the same time. "Still love the taste!" Clover said with her mouth full. "Yeah, Yoyleberries are great!" Leafy smiled at her.  She took more bites of the berry. Clover though this was the perfect time for her confession. But of course she made it awkward. "Oh ummm..." She didn't know what to say. "You know Clover, I always adored your personality." Leafy spoke up. "Huh?" Clover was surprised. "Yea, your always so nice to everyone and willing to give up anything just to help a friend. Even if that is your own life.  Your loyal, smart, generous, and kind. I really look up to you. I even try to act like you. But I can never be like the original, because your the best." Clover smiled. "Thank you Leafy.. I don't get compliments that much." Leafy looked shocked "Well more people should be! If I found someone who didn't like you I'll... I'll.... Oh Clover. I wish I knew why you think I'm so special." Clover hugged her. "Because your you Leafy. Don't let anyone change that." Leafy smiled more then Clover had ever seen before that day.

Leafy yawned. "I'm sorry Clover, I'm getting sleepy. Let's continue tomorrow?" Clover tilted her head. "Of course Leafy, you need to recover that right arm anyway." She watched Leafy lay down in a nest that Clover had made for her. Leafy instantly passed out. It was a long walk anyway. But Clover was sad. She didn't get to tell her feelings today. But she knew she had to do something. And Clover knew just the right thing.

                                                                                   ...

Later in the morning,  Leafy awoke to Clover packing yoyleberries in a small box. "Clover? What are you doing?" she turned around to see her. "I'm packing for your trip. You really need to return to Firey.. I think he really needs someone like you." Clover looked down sadly like yesterday. "Clover.." Leafy said weakly. "You must leave Leafy... your in the new roster for that show. You could have a chance to win dream island again. You will meet your old friends and stop the fighting. I know you can do it." "But Clover... I don't want to leave now. I still want to be with you for awhile."

Clover looked deep into her eyes. "Leafy, it would be best if you leave now. So you can get there at sunset. Plus I don't want you to be by Evil Canyon at night. It's too dangerous." Leafy sighed. "I understand.." Clover handed her the backpack. "I already packed food, and a few bottles of water. It should be enough." Leafy smiled. "Thank you Clover. Thank you for teaching me that everyone makes mistakes." Leafy turned and started to walk. "Wait!!!!" Clover yelled. "What is it?" Leafy turned slightly. "Please promise me you will come back Leafy.." She gave Clover a wide smile. "Don't worry Clover, I will come back to see you. And I will win Dream Island. So you can see all of my friends. And we will finally be together like the good old days.¨

Clover started crying softly. "Thank you so much Leafy... Now be safe. And remember what I told you. Don't  give up. And please remember me.¨ Leafy nodded then gave her one final thumbs up, and started walking away from Clover's base. Clover kept watching her walk away until she was nothing but a tiny speck. She returned to her duties on her tiny base before Leafy came. Taking care of all the plants. But this time Leafy was on her mind.

"I await the day you will return to me Leafy. I love you¨

Author's note: Omg that was so terrible! I just wanted to add a little bit of personality to my OC. Sorry for the cringe. I know it's bad.  But I added Clover to the list of recommended characters for IDFB! If you like this story, please upvote! I will be forever graceful if you do! And hopefully one day this ship might set sail. Hehehe puns.
