I Wish

*Dakota's POV*

We pulled up at a place called IHOP, causing me to cock my head to the side in confusion. 'Guess it's a breakfast place..'I thought. Calum let go of my thigh and got out of the car, and I fif the same.

He quickly came over to me and took my hand because he saw that boys were looking at me. I stood closer to Calum, letting them know that he was with me. Even though they could care less, I'm giving them a warning.

Louis and the others jumped out of their cars and came up to us. "Ready?"Louis asked. I shrugged and nodded.

"Trust me, they make good bacon."Louis said while adding a wide smile and a wink. I giggled and smiled. We walked walked inside, and we all received stares of awe.

Girls started whispering and squealing to each other, and boys started mumbling and looking at me. I blushed and looked down while gripping onto Calum. "Table for 11 please."Louis said.

"Right this way.."She said as she smirked at Calum. I grumbled curses to myself and looked down, knowing that I couldn't let myself go. We sat down at a large and round booth, and Calum and I were in the center.

"What would you all like to drink on this fine morning?"She asked. "Um, I'll take a sweet tea."I said. "I'll take one too.."Calum said.

"Of course you would.. You seem like a sweet guy.."She mumbled even though we all could here her. "Hey, you better watch your mouth."I growled fiercely while glaring at her. She chuckled, causing my blood boil.

Calum gripped onto my thigh and looked down at me. "It's ok.. I know what she's doing.."He murmured. I let out a long breath but nodded.

She wrote down the boy's drink request, and then she walked off while swaying her hips violently. I squeezed Calum's hand that was on my thigh and grumbled curses to myself. "It's ok.."He mumbled in my ear.

"I really just wanna beat the crap out of her until her skin is red like she got burned.."I growled. I looked up, and I saw that everyone looked intimidated by me. Even Louis looked a bit frightened.

Calum then snapped out of it and let out a laugh as he pulled me into his side. "Your so protective.. It's cute, yet scary."Calum said. I shrugged and smirked.

"Like I said, its my job to be that way, but not all the time. I'll let you have your free time.."I said while chuckling. Calum smiled and nodded in agreement. The waitress then came back, and her eyes landed on Calum and I.

Her face turned red, and she slowly handed out our drinks. "Here you go.."She growled as she placed my drink in front of me. I saw that it was water, causing me to look up at her.

"I-I asked for sweet tea.."I said. "We don't have anymore sweet tea.. So I fetched you some water so you can loose some weight.."She said while smirking. I looked down as my insecurity took me over.

"Now you listen.."Calum growled as he gripped onto my thigh. "I'm listening.."She said. "You will now go get us another waitress, and you will not come near us again. And if you dare insult or hurt my girlfriend you will be crying in a corner of debt when I'm done with you. Do I make myself clear?"He barked.

I heard her walk away, and that's when I let the tears escape my red eyes. "No no, don't cry.."Calum said as he pulled me into his side. Tyler got up and angrily walked away.

I sighed, knowing what he was going to yell at the manager and have him or her fire that waitress. It's happened before, and the waitress actually got fired. I then heard faint yelling, causing me to giggle.

"Love, that's not funny.."Louis said while glaring at me. "Yes it is.. Tyler's yelling at the manager, and soon she's going to get fired. He's done it before, and he's not afraid to do it again."I said while smiling. "RACHEAL!!!"I heard a booming voice yell.

I saw a tall man walk out of his office with a satisfied Tyler behind him. Tyler smirked and nodded at me, and I just smiled. "Yes sir??"she asked in a frightened tone.

"Your fired.."Her growled. "What did I--" "Just pack up your things and leave by 11:30.."He growled. She glared at Tyler and I and stormed passed her boss.

I smiled as Tyler sat back down with us. "I think I'll take the two pancakes and the two pieces of bacon on the side.. What about you guys?"Tyler asked like nothing happened. We all burst out into laughter and decided what we wanted to eat.

We ended up getting a nice waitress, and she ended up getting Luke's number because he gave it to her. Calum held me close by his side, being the protective boyfriend he is. We all just ate our breakfast and enjoyed each other's company.
