Nalu~ Baby Lucy

Lucy's POV
We arrived at the train station, and boarded the train. We sat down in our booth, but once the train started moving Natsu's motion sickness kicked in. I gave him a sympathetic look, and let him lay his head on my lap. I started playing with his hair for a while, then I could here soft snores. I looked down to see Natsu asleep. 'Great..' I thought.

I felt a small tug on my shirt then I looked down to see happy. He had a sheepish look on his face.

"What's wrong Happy?" I said.

"Why does Natsu get to sleep on your lap but not me?" He whined.

"Happy, you don't have motion sickness." I said.

"Lushe.. I don't *fake puking sounds* feel good.." Happy whined.

I sighed knowing he was faking it just so he could sit on my lap. But I finally caved in knowing he'll just whine until he gets what he wants.

"Ok... You can lay on my lap." I said defeated.

He perked up when I said that.

"Aye Sir!!!" He said.

And with that we rode all the way there with a motion sick dragon slayer, and a annoying blue fur ball on my lap.

Lucy's POV
When the train stopped Natsu immediately got off the train. Happy was still sleeping and I didn't want to wake home up, so I carefully got off the train and followed Natsu.

"Ok so now that we're here, let's find the town." Natsu said.

"Ok, where's the map?" I asked.

"Oh right!! It's right here." Natsu said getting out the map.

"Great now lets find our way to Rowlsworth!" I said.

Natsu's POV
We finally stumbled across a sign that said 'Welcome To Rowlsworth! We're So Glad To Have You Here!'
We walked past it and found a small town. It wasn't so small that you could just walk for 5 minutes and you would already be through it, but it wasn't really big either.

We started to walk through the town just wandering around until somebody walked up to us.

"Hello, I've never seen you around before. Would you happen to be the wizards that came to help us?" This guy asked.

" Oh yes, we got a job request that said you needed help with some kind of book?" Lucy said.

"Yes that's right there's a book destroying our town. And-Oh I almost forgot I'm the mayor of this town by the way. Sorry for not introducing myself sooner." He chuckles.

"That's alright I'm Lucy, and this is my partner Natsu, and this little blue cat here is Happy." Lucy introduced us.

"Hey! I can introduce myself.." I wined.

She just chuckled.

"Well anyway where do we find this book?" I questioned.

"Oh yes my apologies, I'll take you to it." He said.

We followed him into an old looking building, once we got inside I realized this was an old library. It was dark inside with little beams off light coming from the cracked, and dustily windows. There was so much dust I kept sneezing. The we went into this huge old looking door. The mayor unlocked it with this  big rusty golden key.

It opened slowly with a big low squeaky sound.

"Ok, be very careful the book is in here. But if you do something that might trigger it, we're all doomed." He said quietly, and very seriously.

Me and Lucy both gulped at what the mayor said. By now happy was awake, and hovering over Lucy. We slowly went into a hallway that must've led to the book. It was bigger than expected, and it had stone walls, that were cracked and looked really old. There were bugs climbing out off the cracks in the walls, and torched lined the walls, providing a little bit of light. I wanted to eat them, but Lucy must of caught my stare, and slapped my arm while shaking her head no. I pouted a little.

Lucy's POV
We finally got to the end of the hallway. I felt a very powerful magic presence just a few feet in front of me. I suddenly stopped at a halt. A chill went up my spine, like a sudden cold front just came out of nowhere. The mayor turned around and started to speak in a very low whisper.

"Ok, we're here, the book is just straight ahead. I will not go any further than here. If you keep going forward the book will notice your presence, and start to act up. So be very careful." He said.

Me and Natsu nodded are heads signaling him that we understand.

"Well guys it was fun while it lasted, but I think the mayor might need company on the way back." Happy whispered.

"Oh no you don't!!" I whispered.

All three of us slowly walked up to the book. We were trying to figure out a plan for what to do when the book suddenly opened, we all looked at it in shock. A circle of spells and ruins started to surround it. For every spell there was a different color, it spells around it started speeding up until they started shooting out of the book. We all ducked for cover. A few stones from the ceiling fell, from the earthquake like motion the book was causing. We hid behind them.

We where trying to make a plan on how to stop it when the stone I was hiding behind got hit and shattered. I was getting ready to get out of the way, until a purplish/whitish beam hit me right in the stomach.

I don't remember much but I felt dizzy, and small? I heard Natsu's voice in the background but it was all muffled. Then it all went black.

Natsu's POV
I saw Lucy's stone get shatter into pieces. The she got up and tried to dodge the books spells, but one got her right in the stomach. She slowly fell to the ground, and I sat there in shock. When I finally processed what happened I screamed.

"LUCY!!!!! NOOOO!!!!" I quickly shot out from under my cover and ran to her.

She had her eyes closed and looked pale. I looked at the book anger taking over my body. I remember charging at the book, my mind went blank. All I remember was when I snapped out of it the book was just a pile of ashes on the floor. I remembered what happened to Lucy and ran to her. My mind was just thinking 'First future Lucy, now my Lucy. No she's going to be fine, you'll just walk over there and she'll just be unconscious!'

When I got over there all I saw was Lucy's clothes. I stood there dumbfounded for a minute, then something stirred under the clothing. Natsu cautiously looked under the clothing. What he saw shocked him. It was a 5 year old LUCY?!?!
