Carl Grimes x Fem Reader Book 2

Guys I am so so so so sorry this is so late. My  depression as mentioned before is bad again so I had to deal with that first.
I am actually really excited to update cause reading your guises comments helps me so much.

After Neegan made us take him back to Alexandria, Carl and I showed him around Carl's house.  The full time I was dreading showing him one room: Judith's.

"What's in here." Neegan said with a smirk, walking over to the door that lead to Judith's room. Fear shot through my body as Neegan got closer and closer to the door.

"It's just the water heater." Carl said before he walked in and Neegan saw Judith and smiled.

"Oh, who is this!" He cooed like a mom as he picked up Judith.

"My sister, Judith." Carl said quietly I looked over at Judith and Neegan smirked.  

"Now, let's go find some food." Neegan said to us and laughed as he placed Judith in my arms. Yes, I'm skipping some parts.  We walked down the hall and down to the first level of the house and saw Olivia.

"Olivia, go." I mouthed to her and she shook her head.  I remembered she was supposed to watch Judith so she probably didn't want to leave or she would think Rick would be mad at her.

"What was your name again?" Neegan asked as he walked up to her.

"Olivia." She said as a tear fell down her cheek.  I wasn't listening because I was focused on helping Judith relax but I looked up when I heard a slapping sound and I saw Neegan holding his cheek with a smirk and Olivia had an angry look showing on her face.

"I am more attracted to you now." Neegan smirked.

"Hey, leave her alone." I said to him and he looked at me and smirked.

"Okay, what about you then." He said as he got closer to me making me feel uncomfortable but I knew I couldn't show it.  I looked over to Carl and saw how mad he was "I could always use another wife." He whispered and I scrunched my face in disgust as I pushed him away.

"I'd rather die then be a wife for you." He smirked and walked over to the kitchen and made us all start cooking spaghetti for him.

The meal was silent, but surprisingly the food wasn't bad.  I didn't say a word to Neegan after he tried to get me to be a wife to him even though he kept trying to hit on Olivia and I, Olivia kept not responding and I sent a glare each time.  It wasn't until after the meal that Neegan went outside on the porch with Spencer who was trying to be a kiss-ass to Neegan.

"Carl." I said and he walked over to me with Judith still in his arms.  "What do you think is going to happen to us?" I asked and he shrugged.

"I don't know. I thought he was going to kill us right then and there, but now I don't know." He sighed.  Well that's encouraging I though as I reached up and held Judith's hand, lightly stroking the back of it with my thumb.

"I'm scared.  I'm scared of not getting my dad back, I'm scared of dying today, I'm scared of Judith not getting a full life, I'm scared of everything." I said and my voice wavered but I managed to keep it under control despite the burning in my throat. I felt Carl's hand brush against mine.

"Carl, I still haven't forgiven you for kissing Enid. Don't go thinking that were all fine and dandy just because I helped save your ass back with the saviors." I said and he still grabbed my hand.

"I know, but were still dating. I won't let that end and I won't ever hurt you." He tried to convince me but as he was going to continue we heard yelling outside.  I put my other hand on Judith's back to support her as I ran and Carl followed me to the porch on the front of his house to see Neegan and Spencer playing pool out on the road, drinking beer, but Spencer was convincing Neegan to kill Rick.

"I see what it is here. You are tying to get me to kill Rick and make you the leader here." Neegan smirked.

"No. I never said that, I don't wan't him dead." Spencer tried to argue.

"I see why that is." Neegan said smirking and stepping forward, "It's because you have no guts!" Neegan yelled as he stabbed Spencer and gasps were heard from everyone including me as I put the hand that was before on Judith's back over my mouth to show my shock. Neegan continued to pull the knife making Spencer's actual guts fall from his stomach as he tried to grab them and stop the bleeding he fell to the ground and died.

I looked over to Rosita who had a gun in her hand as she lifted it to Neegan's head.

"Rosita, no!" I shouted as I heard the bullet go off followed by a hard impact coming from Lucille, that's when I realized it was Lucille who got shot, not Neegan.

"You tried to shoot me." Neegan yelled, "And now you've destroyed Lucille's smooth face. So that's what I'm going to do to you." Neegan said and one of the Saviors' came and pushed Rosita down and held a knife to her face.

"Who made the bullet?" Neegan asked.

"It was me." Rosita stated blandly.

"Bullshit! Who made the bullet!" Neegan yelled.

"Me!" She yelled back and Neegan looked up to one of them.

"Kill one." Neegan said and the girl randomly shot, nearly missing my and hitting Olivia.  I screamed and jumped back in surprise and Carl hugged me from behind, hugging Judith as well in a atempt to try to relax me even though I could tell he was scared because I could practically feel his heart beating against my back.

"No!" I heard Rosita scream more and a tear rolled down my face.  Right after that I heard Eugene start listing off the ingredients of the bullet. Not long after, Rick came back.

"Oh, Rick!  You should've seen how nice I was.  Your son and his girlfriend came to my fort and gunned down two of my men, and I didn't even hurt 'em.  Then, Spencer here tried to get me to kill you then I killed him.  But this girl here," He pointed to Rosita, "She tried to shoot me, so we had to shoot someone, I wouldn't have picked her but..  Now, all I'm taking is your bullet maker." Neegan said and he walked off without another word.
I went back into the house with Carl and Judith after that, too shocked to do anything else.

"I'll take Judith and put her in her room." I said as I held up Judith and walked up the stars with her and to the room, gently placing her in her bed.

I heard her cry and I looked over the side. And I remembered when I used to sing to her to help her sleep. I thought of a song to sing and the first one I thought of was Sun by Sleeping At Last.

Rick told us that we were going to Hilltop and that my dad was there. Instantly I couldn't hide my excitement and I couldn't wait to get there.
When we finally did it was unreal. It felt like it was all some dream I had.

"You excited to see your dad again?" Rick asked me as we opened the main gate and I nodded. I saw Maggie, Sasha, and Enid giving them a hug but Enid avoided me just as I did to her.

"Dad!" I yelled after Rick and my dad stopped hugging echother.
He looked up and both of our eyes watered up as I ran to him and hugged him tightly. My head was buried in his chest and his chin was resting on my head.

"I missed you so much." I said through the tears.

"I missed you. Oh God I missed you." He hugged me tightly and his hand was in my hair. "I'm so sorry. I thought he would kill you if I tried to talk to you." I knew he was talking about Neegan when I was there with Carl.

"It's okay. I don't blame you." I said still crying as we slowly pulled apart from the hug and I smiled up at him before we all started walking to the rest of The Hilltop.

I knew that from now we would make it together.

I cried in the ending of that episode.  Once again I am so sorry for being so late. I had so much writers block and then I've been having such a hard time but updating and reading your comments make me feel so much better.
