"Lady Tsunade, the patient..." Tsunade turned towards the girl. She had dark green hair, purple/pink eyes, and a fairly large chest that looked like it would pop the buttons on her shirt at any second. "What is it Sakura?" She shook her head. Tsunade frowned. "I see, you are dismissed." She turned back towards Naruto and Sasuke. "You two may go home now, I have some more things to attend to. Take care." She smiled softly at the two before walking out.

Naruto helped Sasuke stand and put on his cloak. The blonde turned towards his husband, who yawned. Naruto pulled out a kunai with a teleportation jutsu inscribed on the handle. "Should I teleport us home?" He asked as he nuzzled Sasuke's hair. He nodded. "I'm tired." Naruto smiled softly at how cute he was. "Gotcha." When Sasuke opened his eyes, they were standing next to the bed. He yawned and slowly laid down with Naruto's help. The two cuddled and fell asleep happily.

~Time skip because I'm a lazy piece of garbage~

Naruto smiled down at his husband, who was carrying their little bundle of joy. Sasuke smiled down at the baby, placing a gentle kiss to his cheek. They smiled at their friends around the room who came to see them. Katsuyono and Nekomura stood next to the bed, grinning happily for the two. Lady Tsunade whipped the tears from the corners of her eyes as she look at the happy sight.

Naruto placed a kiss to Sasuke's cheek. "Thank you for giving me a family." He said softly as he nuzzled Sasuke's cheek. The raven blushed slightly and smiled.

After Sasuke and their newborn son, Menma, were released, Naruto teleported them home. There, they raised their son to become a great ninja.
