unpleasant visits

Days were passing by and Harry started to accept that Draco Malfoy was living in his house for the rest of the month. There were only 18 days left, so there wasn't that much that could happen, he thought.
When Harry woke up on Saturday, he immediately felt his stomach ache. It had been like this for the past few days and it grew worse with every following day.
Ignoring the pain, he made his way to the kitchen where he found his three flatmates already dining at the table. As he watched them, he saw that Draco was reading the newspaper lying in front of him, like he did every day. Andromeda was currently feeding Teddy, or better, she was watching him eat. Teddy was now at an age where he could eat on his own and it was interesting to watch how he was developing."Morning", Harry mumbled sleepy, "Can I eat something?"
"Of course, there are some eggs and bacon over there. Draco made them this morning", Andromeda said absent-mindedly. Teddy was playing with his eggs instead of eating them and he was slightly getting on Andromeda's nerves. Harry only chuckled and turned to take a plate out of the kitchen cabinet.
As he sat down next to Teddy after grabbing some food he didn't feel hungry anymore. His stomach was hurting aching too much. He frowned and looked at his plate; his breakfast looked delicious, but he was scared that if he ate it he'd throw up.
"Don't worry, I didn't poison the food. Teddy and Gem had some too and I most certainly do not want to poison them", Draco grinned, after he had watched Harry suspiciously. It was the first time the blonde had spoken this morning and it didn't surprise Harry that it was a tease as always.
To be honest, Harry and Draco weren't on bad terms, but they weren't what people would call friends either. Andromeda described their relationship as 'enemies who are too blind to focus on the friendship that's hiding underneath those layers of faked hate'.
The boys would often tease each other in the last week and both seemed to enjoy it, though neither of them would admit it."Oh really, who says you didn't poison it afterwards?", Harry asked smiling, knowing that Draco would take it as a joke.
Once again the latter looked up from the newspaper, without any expression on his face. "That's actually a good idea", he said dryly. Harry was a little shocked, but when Draco stick his tounge out at Harry seconds later, Harry began to laugh, and Draco attempted a smile. At that point the pain in Harry's stomach got worse, but he still ignored it."Did you hear that, Gem?", he chuckled, before turning to Teddy, "Uncle Draco want's to poison me!"
Teddy laughed and Andromeda smirked at the younger one, only shrugging in disinterest. Harry gasped playfully. But before he could say anything, he felt his stomach turning and he stormed out of the room. He ran into bathroom and started to vomit.
Moments later he heard footsteps coming from the kitchen, he assumed it was Andromeda, and the bathroom door closing. He didn't bother to look up, because he was too focused on leaving his stomach contents inside of himself."You don't need to help me", he said as a hand ran through his hair and rubbing his back, "go look after Teddy, I'll be okay."
"Gem's looking after him, he'll be more than alright", Harry heard Draco saying. He was surprised that Draco was still rubbing his back, but he didn't mind. It actually helped a little. "You didn't even eat something from my poisonous breakfast", he added chuckling.
