They came back to their home.When they landed in Mumbai Sanyukta took a cab to her house and Randhir returned in his car.All this while neither of them had exchanged a single word.
The doors of agarwal's mansion opened for her to enter and her father's heart cheered on her presence around him.
"Sweetheart, you're back.I missed you so much"he said engulfing her in a tight hug.
"I missed you too"she replied back with a realistic smile.
They came inside the mansion hand in hand just like old times.They settled themselves on the couch but Sanyukta hasn't left her father's hand.
"Are you okay?"he said after sensing her weird behaviour.It wasn't the first time his daughter has hugged him but it was the first time he had felt the weirdness.
"How's Randhir ?Why didn't he come ?He asked
Sanyukta smiled "He won't ever come here"she said with the same smile plastered on her face
"What are you talking Sanyukta?"he furrowed
"It's over dad"she replied
He looked at her with a displeased face and leaning back on His chair "Don't you think it's too early to wrap up"he suggested
"It was never meant to be"she said with a casual smile
"If it wasn't meant to be,it wouldn't had happened in the first place... Darling he came for you when you needed him"He explained and Sanyukta was listening to him with her head resting on the couch and eyes shut tightly as if it was recollecting certain moments.
"Think again and again till your heart agrees with your brain"He concluded and left her alone.
Sanyukta's Pov
I know he was there when even the love of my life left me.He was there when I needed some support.He saved me.
*OPENING HER EYES WITH TEARS IN HER EYES SHE WHISPERED*
But how could I tell you dad He is the only one who threw me in this situation.He is the culprit.He is not what you think of him he is.He is an illusion.He deceived us.He didn't save me.He is a sinner.
Sanyukta's pov ended
At night on the dinning table with her favorite food served.She clapped, liking her lips with her mouth "Yummy ! ,My hunger has increased"she said grabbing the cury
"So what have you decided"Her father asked taking a bite of rice
Her hands halted
"Can we talk about it later?"She asked,resuming her current position.
"When you wasn't here our company suffered a great loss and now Randhir is the new owner.He helped us once again."He explained
He looked disgusted at her father to which he nodded "I didn't want to disturb you and this was the reason we kept it a secret but now as you guys are parting away it is better to notify you"he replied to her silent Question.
"Don't worry Sanyukta he is not the only owner we have certain shares left but he if we are able to pay him before the due date it's still Agarwal's automobile"He concluded
"We won't pay him a single penny"She replied furiously, getting up from the table
