Mike+Eleven || I Found You

Everyone is reeling of Will's death. He died over three hours ago. Everyone's still crying, and I can see why.

Will was such a kind kid, there wasn't a bad bone in his body. He never did anything wrong to the world, as far as I knew. He would always see the best in people, I think that's why we got along so well, and since that I may be dating his brother, it was a plus. A big plus.

Me, Mike and Eleven went straight home after that. Hop was taking care of Will's body. Joyce went home to grieve and I don't know about the others... They probably did the same.

Mike and Eleven have been cuddling on the sofa, crying to each other since they got home. It's upsetting seeing this heartbroken, especially because we were so determined to save Will... And we had him just at the right moment... But the plan came crashing down like a tonne of bricks.

My phone starts ringing, snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Hello?" I said, sniffling from crying.

"Hello Miss Wheeler, this is Nurse Jackie and I'm calling about your... friend Jonathan Byers-"

"Is he okay? Is he alive? Has he woken up?" I interrupt as the nurse laughs.

"He is alive. He is free to see. I tried calling Mrs Byers but she wasn't able to receive my calls."

"Her son has just died." I said.

"Oh, I'm sorry for the loss." She said as I nodded to myself.

Loss.

I hated that word.

"Thank you so much for the call, I'll be over as soon as possible." I said, hanging up straight away as I run downstairs to Mike and Eleven.

"What's up Nanc?" El asks, also sniffling.

"Jonathan's alive!" I said as Mike and Eleven smiled.

"We need to go see him!" Mike said as we all ran out the house and got in my car, we drove to the hospital.

Because I didn't have enough time to explain to Joyce, I made Mike write a note to place in her letter-box.

It read;
Hey Joyce, I'm writing because this is an emergency. I just got a call from the hospital and Jonathan is alive! I need you to come to the hospital as soon as possible. I would have knocked and said but I need to see him. I need to tell him I love him before he sees anyone else, sorry if that's selfish.

Mike done the deed as I sped to the hospital. We walked in and ran straight to his room, since I remembered from before. I stormed in the door as saw him.

Jonathan was sitting up, drawing while looking out the window.

"Jonathan." I whispered as he looked in my direction. We locked eye contact.

"Nancy." He whispered as I ran to him and put him in my embrace. My arms were around his neck and his arms were wrapped around my waist.

"I missed you so much." I said, as I began to sob.

"Me too." He whispered back. He looked over my shoulder to see Mike and Eleven, holding hands. "There's my favourite couple." I pulled away from Jonathan as Mike and El greeted him.

For the next 3 hours, Joyce, Hopper, Lucas, Dustin and Max came to visit Jonathan and we talked to Jonathan about what had happened.

And we told him about Will... He was devastated.

"I... I don't know what... Oh my god..." Jonathan said as everyone was basically sobbing.

"Jonathan." I said, sitting at the end of his bed. "We will get through this, together." I held his hand.
