*Frisk's POV*
Snowdin, the name of a town that doesn't fit the environment.
Instead of snow acting as a blanket covering the ground, as G had said, the whole town was filled with trees and flowers, just like the rest of the Underground.
The ground was sprouting with blue grass, and the air glowed with pollen that floated like insects at night. In holes that littered the ground, water created mini ponds and rivers that expanded through the whole town like the veins and blood cells in a human.
I had made up my mind with the fact that this world would never be ugly, and I walked in awe next to G as we entered the town, staying on the grassy path that stayed straight through all the ponds and rivers.
Beside us, was all water and little patches of grass, and beside those, were buildings of shops and old homes.
Each one had something ruined, whether it was the vines seeping in from the cracks, or the collapsed roofs that let the wood rot away into the nature around it.
Yet G seemed just as marveled as me, and his eyes stared around the homes and shops, trying to keep his emotions blank.
Except I could see the wonder in his eyes as he stared at the shops, a smile twitching at the corner of his mouth.
Then I heard him mumble to himself under his breath, "Snow must've melted..."
Breaking through the sound of trickling water, I looked at G and clarified, "Snowdin?"
"Yeah yeah I know," He rolled his eyes and kept them off me as he continued to look around, "It's been a while dollface."
"But I thought you knew everything," I said sarcastically while we walked.
"I do."
Glaring, I rose an eyebrow and said, "Uh, no you don't. You said Snowdin had snow."
"It doesn't, why would ya say that?" He looked at me with a strangely straight face.
"What?" I asked, getting heated an confused for the moment, "That's what you said!"
"Well obviously it's not, I don't know why I would say that if it's not," He said with a smirk while gesturing to the town around us.
I had specifically remembered him telling me that Snowdin would be cold, because it was covered in large amounts of snow. I remembered this so well, because I caught myself when I was about to ask for his jacket, yet I hit myself over and over for that, mentally.
"You must be loosing it dove," He continued with humor glistened in his eyes when they looked at me.
"What the-?! No, you said that there-"
"Shut up doll look," G interrupted, his smirk falling into a blank stare as he stopped us, pointing ahead.
Anger tickled me, and I growled slightly as I looked to where he was pointing.
His finger made a slender line that aimed at a row of shops, three to be exact. Trees grew in the cracks along with vines and small flowers that still pulsed with their blue glow.
The doors seemed old, yet unharmed, and they all rested together like old siblings who were together their whole life.
First, I thought this was a stupid thing for G to point out, especially since there were a lot of shops like these three, and I had thought that he was just pointing them out to distract me from the agrument before.
Then I saw the name of the last one, and my anger turned to shame as I gasped.
Grillbys.
