What is perfect?

Those words have been going through my head almost everyday since Aaron said that to me. I must admit I'm a lot happier now, I still have my four best friends around me but we've also made some great new friends in the past four years. Tonight everyone is coming round to mine and Alex's for my birthday meal, my birthdays tomorrow but they'll probably end up staying over anyway.
And by everyone I mean, jade, Jed, Aaron, Louis, Harry, caitlin, Ellie and Charlie. I know I know our group has expanded a bit since I was seventeen but it's great and I love it.

Jade and Jed are no longer together, they decided that it all got a bit much for them but they decided to be best friends and they get along like they've known nothing else to be honest.

Me and Alex met Louis and Harry whilst we were out one night, we got along really well and we decided that we should all meet up again and that's how our friendship got started. Louis is 21 as well and his birthdays not long away, but Harry has just turned 20 so he often hangs with caitlin, Charlie and Ellie

Yes caitlin and Charlie are still together, they seemed to get along really well, they've had their disagreements but they've all been sorted quickly and they're going strong. And Ellie is mine and Caitlin's cousin, she's 20 and gets along really well with Harry.

I can't wait for them all to come over tonight!

Alex and perrie heard their front door open and a heap of guests grapes in with bright expressions on their faces. They've become so used to going to the alerrie house that they just walk in, Perrie runs to the lounge and puts some music on quietly for them before they all gather on the sofas.
Caitlin, Charlie, Ellie and Harry all go into the small lounge whilst Perrie, jade, Aaron, Louis and Jed stay in the big lounge. Alex was making the dinner as it was a treat for Perrie.

They sat talking for around half an hour before Alex walked in to the lounge, "dinner is served friends" he smiled at them whilst leading them to the dining room. Perrie was sat at the head of the table, jade to her left, Alex to her right. After jade there was Louis, Aaron, Jed. Then after Alex there was, Harry, Ellie, Charlie, and caitlin was sat at the opposite end of the table to Perrie.

"Thank you all for coming" Perrie beamed at her best friends. Everyone smiled back at her before Alex brought everyone a plate of food, they had the choice of lasagna or gammon with everything else. Of course jade had lasagna, as did caitlin, Ellie, Harry and Aaron, whereas everyone else had gammon.

Perrie felt like she couldn't eat a lot tonight, she was feeling sick but she didn't tell anyone because they organised this specially for her and she knew she ruin it if she was ill. "Babe are you ok?" Alex whispered to Perrie discretely, "I'm good" Perrie replied. And with that response Alex knew something wasn't right, but he decided to brush it off because everyone had now finished eating and it was time for his big surprise.

They all returned to the lounge except for Alex who went to get his guitar from the back room.
"This is perfect isn't it?" Louis said looking around at everyone in the room, they all gave him approving nods apart from Perrie, who turned to him and said "what is perfect? What do you call perfect? Will anything ever be perfect? What is perfect?"

Alex knew this was the right time, he slowly walked through into the lounge with his guitar, he sat down on the small puffy stool which was in front of the large arm chair that Perrie was sat in.

Perrie knew something special was about to happen but she couldn't fully concentrate because of how sick she felt.

Alex said nothing but gave Perrie a small smirk before beginning his song that he wrote for her;

Tears were now streaming down perries cheeks as she stared at Alex, her hand over her mouth in case she threw up, she could feel the whole room staring back at her and she couldn't hold it in any longer. Perrie jumped up and ran upstairs to the bathroom, she locked the door and threw up in the toilet, she sat on the bathroom floor emptying the contents of her stomach, with tears dropping onto the rim of the seat.

"Do you think she didn't like it?" Alex asks them with a worried look on his face, "no she definitely liked it Alex, she was lost whilst you were singing, she felt the lyrics. But something's not right" jade replied softly, she'd known Perrie all her life and she knew that she loved the song, but what could be wrong with her?

Alex decided to go and check on Perrie, he walked upstairs and tried to open the bathroom door, it was locked. "Pez babe are you ok ?" Alex asked her, he could hear Perrie crying and he knew something was wrong, he got no answer.
"Please unlock the door pez I'm sorry, I shouldn't have sung it whilst everyone was here" he said soothingly, but he still got no answer. "Perrie please. I need to know that you're okay, I need to hold you baby, I love you." He said with his face resting against the door. Suddenly he heard the lock twist. He walked in to find perrie sat on the floor about to throw up again.

"Babe you should have said you felt ill" he whispered as he sat behind her, she meant back onto his chest their right hands intertwining.

Perrie shook her head before she leant forward and threw up again.

This is going to be a long night is all either of them could think.
