Tragic Love 

I can feel hot tears slipping down my cheeks onto the pillow beneath my head. My blurred eyes attempt to scan his face for any signs of fear or pain but only to find his loving gaze. His hand gently touches my face moving a stray of my (color hair) hair out of my face. I force a smile only to feel more tears threatening to pour out of my eyes. I don't want him to see me in pain , yet I can't let him think for one second that I don't care.

He chuckles showing his pure white teeth. My face flushes and I hate myself for getting so easily distracted by the pureness of his eyes and the soft touch of his skin. Our fingers intertwine and I close my eyes to let a few more drops of tears trail the same path down my cheeks before I lean forward and kiss his soft lips. He chuckles again before pulling me into his strong and warm arms. I can't control the beating of my heart and my emotions that stir inside of me "....please..." I try to speak. Tears begin to form again but this time without hesitation.

"It's gonna be okay.....my love..." He whispers into my hair , traces of hurt in his voice. I can never read your face nor your eyes yet when you speak or sing I can hear everything. I clutch his white shirt and cry and cry. Soon my eyes became heavy as he hummed softly my eyes closed and I drift to sleep and when I woke up I found him gone.....
