I groaned as I heard my alarm. I grabbed my phone turning off the alarm as I got up from my bed. I stretched walking over to my closet picking out an outfit. I got ready and ran downstairs to get breakfast.
I decided on cereal and served myself a bowl. I sat down and began to eat. My phone went off and I checked it. 'Good morning :) meet us at the front of the school' it read. It was from Ethan. I texted back my response and put my phone in my pocket. I grabbed my backpack and threw it over my shoulder.
I grabbed my bowl and placed it in the sink. I grabbed my keys and made my way to the door. "Bye mom! I'm off to school love you!" I called out. I went out the door and closed it, locking it.
I went to my car and threw my backpack in the passenger seat. I hopped into the car and went off to school. I put my music on and, as usual jammed out. I put on Slowtown. "I put my socks on my feet, just so that my soul won't fall through my toes. And I walk through my door, just so I don't fall through the floor"
Eventually after 3 songs I made it to the school. I got off and walked over to the front entrance. I looked around outside and didn't see the guys. Maybe they meant to meet inside? I walked inside and saw the guys sitting and standing by a bench.
I waved to them and walked over. "Sup dudes" I greeted. They said their hellos and I took a seat on the bench. "I'm so tired." I said. "What time did you go to sleep?" Phil asked. "Um, 3:30" I said sheepishly. "Why would you do that?" Arlan almost screamed. "Ok first of all, I couldn't sleep. Second, you guys left at almost 1 in the morning" I defended.
"Well what did you do in the meantime? Ya know before you fell asleep." Felix asked. "Uh? Oh I watched The Office on Netflix. Pam and Jim are my otp. If you don't think they're adorable you can fight me" I said sassy. "Oh really? I think Jim looked better with that other girl. The one from when he got the promotion" Ethan said.
"Karen? Hell no!" I yelled. Ethan smirked. "Well that's what I think sorry" he said. "I will fight you Blue Boy!" I yelled laughing. He laughed. "Ok I'm kidding"
"Good. She was a bitch" I said whispering the last part. "I heard that" he said laughing. "Aw you guys are my otp" Jack said with his hand on his chin. "What?" Me and Ethan yelled simultaneously. "I'm joking" Jack said.
I shook my head giggling a bit when the bell rang. We went our separate ways going to our first period classes. I walked over to science and took my usual seat. This time I just ignored Jon and I took out a book from my backpack. "Hey newbie, I drew this for you" he said handing me a drawing of me in a flower crown sitting in a meadow. It was beautifully detailed. I smiled. "This is beautiful. Thank you" i said.
He simply smiled and went back to drawing. I admired it a bit more and put it in my backpack.
I continued to read my book waiting for the teacher to walk in. "Wait what?!" I almost yelled. The whole class looked at me. "Heh. Sorry, it's a good part in my book" I said. The stares slowly went away as people continued on doing whatever they were doing.
"What book are you reading?" Jon asked looking at the book I held in my hands. "Lord of Opium. It's about drugs and clones basically" I said earning a giggle from Jon. "Yo Jonathan, what are you doing talking to the newbie? Remember what I said" I heard a voice say.
I looked up seeing a very tall guy with glasses. He had a little bit of stubble on his chin. "Hey new girl. I can't believe I haven't introduced myself yet" he said. "I'm Tyler. Thought I'd tell you my name cuz you'll be screaming it tonight" he said with a wink. I just rolled my eyes and ignored him. Delirious laughed and lightly punched Tyler.
The bell rang and I sighed in relief. "Ok buh-bye now" I said to Tyler. He walked over to his desk and looked at me. He smiled then turned to face the front of the class.
A little while later class ended. I walked out relieved to be away from Tyler. Jonathan is actually nice. I don't know why the guys were telling me other wise. I shook my head and walked into my second period class, history.
I looked around for Jack and found him. I smiled and walked next to him taking a seat. "So um about Delirious. He gave me this" I said taking the drawing out of my backpack. I handed it to him and he looked over it. "Wow this is really good" he said. "I know. Um I-I love it" I said hesitantly.
"I don't know why he would do this for you" Jack said confused. "Maybe because I complimented him?" I questioned. He didn't say anything and just handed me the drawing. "Maybe" he said. I put the drawing in my backpack and the bell rang. The teacher walked in and I prepared myself for class.
The next class flew by and by the time I knew it, it was lunch.
