What you were doing running around in the middle of a war, you weren't sure but you were.
As you were trying to get to somewhere safe a bullet grazed you shoulder, tearing some of the skin. You yelp in pain as you fall, grabbing your injured shoulder.
You couldn't stand up and run for two reasons. One, your shoulder hurt too much for the rest of your body to function and two, the bullet you were hit with was the start of a shower of more bullets.
You sigh shakily and sit up, grunting in effort and pain. You look around you and see a rock and deem it comfortable enough seeing the situation.
As you were scooting towards the rock, the enemy saw you as a great threat and decided to fire more bullets in your direction.
A certain Amazonian warrior saw the move and quickly ran towards you, using her body to shield you from the rain of bullets.
You gasp in shock as you see her, smiling down at you while bullets are hitting her and her shield.
After the shower of bullets stop, Diana grabs you and places you back to safety. "Don't leave this place until everything is over, I will come and get you after and take you back home."
You nodded at her words, not being able to speak due to the shock you were feeling.
Diana smiles once more and turns around, running to the battlefield. You peek outside, wanting to know what she was doing, and see Diana clashing her bracelets together, summoning lighting.
You sigh as you lay back down, drifting to sleep and dreaming of a certain Amazonian.
