After being at the party for a few hours and hanging out with Millie and Grace I decided I should go home. Everyone else was starting to leave too.

Millie, Grace, and I were standing by the door.

"I better get going, I'll talk to you both later!" I waved as I headed out the door.

I paused before I shut the door. "Great party by the way Mills!"

She smiled. "Thanks for coming!"

With that I said. "No problem." And shut the door behind me.

I started walking down the street, headed towards the direction of my house.

I heard that famous, ding.

Before I put my phone back in my pocket I checked the time. It was 10:30pm.

I continued to walk down he road until I heard a noise behind me. I turned and looked but saw nothing. I shook it off and came up to turning in my road.

I looked to my right and saw the park. I looked away and didn't look back. It now had a bad memory.

I heard that noise again.

I started walking a little faster. My heart started beating. Was someone following me?

I could barely just see my house lights in the distance and my heart rate slowed down, knowing, I made it home safe.

I heard the noise one more time.

When I turned my head to look behind me I felt a hand cover my mouth.

I gasped and pushed my arm backwards hitting the person in the chest.

I was getting ready to run home but when I looked back to see the person I realized who it was.

Finn.

He was bent over catching his breath. "Goodness y/n,"

I covered my mouth in shock. Now I felt bad.

I was about to apologize when he cut me off.

"I was just messing around with you. At least I know you'll keep yourself safe." He smiled.

I laughed. "True. You shouldn't have been messing with me but I'm sorry if I hurt you."

He nodded his head. And we both continued walking down the road.

I realized maybe I should ask him about what he did. I apologized because I hurt him. But he hurt me before, and much worse.

But he never apologized..

"Um I've been wanting to talk to you.." I mumbled.

He nodded his head. "What is it?"

My throat felt as if it swelled up with nervousness. But you let it out anyway.

"Why did you do what you did? You know what I'm talking about."

He glanced at me as I was looking down at the ground. I knew he felt bad now.

He shoved his hands in both of his pockets.

"I don't really know. I'm sorry if I hurt you." He said with sympathy in his voice.

"You know you really hurt my feelings." I told him the real truth in how I felt.

"And to make it worse, my brother was right there!" I felt a tear slip from my eye.

"And... Jaeden. " I mumbled.

I wiped my flowing tears away.

He looked at me with sad eyes.

"Imagine if he knew all of this. How he would react! Maybe it's time he and Wyatt found out the truth! " I finished.

He looked down and I quickened my step. I was almost in front of my house now.

I felt Finn grab my wrists. Again. I felt my heart beat quickened.

"Look it didn't mean for it to happen and I'm sorry. Just don't say anything please. They would never forgive me. You don't understand!"

I pulled my wrist from his grip.

"I just want you too know that you really hurt me. And have you known about Jaeden and I? Like before we started hanging out more?" I questioned.

"Well yeah I've known. It was obvious that you liked each other."

I looked down. We were standing at the end of my driveway.

" Well are you trying to ruin what we have?"

He was about to say something when I heard the door open from behind me. I turned around to see Wyatt, Jaeden, and Jack.

I ran up to Jaden and hugged him tightly. He accepted the hug. I turned to see Finn.

"Goodnight." He said and turned to go home.

" I better get home too," Jack laughed.

He started walking towards his house located across the road.

Jaeden looked at me. "Are you okay?"

Wyatt interrupted after. "What were you and Finn talking about?"

I looked at them. "I'm fine. Finn was just walking home with me. He was at the party too. Nothing to worry about."

They nodded and Wyatt went inside the house.

I looked up at Jaeden. "It was nothing to worry about, really."

With that He kissed my lips. I smiled.

"Goodnight Darling." He said starting to walk home.

"Goodnight J." I smiled.
