"Name's Bill Cipher!"

What was going on?

First you grab the hand of a statue, almost unconsciously, next a triangle comes out of it and introduces himself, almost looking like he's going to kill you and finally, your body felt like it was on fire but also in a good way.

It felt renewed.

Ironically, as you thought that, a striking pain darted through all sides of your head, making you groan lowly. You stayed on your knees and clutched your head, wanting to tear your hair out. To make it go away.

Letting go suddenly and snapping your head up, you saw something. Images flashed across your eyes as you sat still, processing and retaining the incoming information. People that you've never seen before appeared before you, some smiling, some upset, others just going about their everyday life. You could tell that a few of them were residents you had seen here in Gravity Falls.

The collection of pictures and text formed in your sight started to change, and they began to consistently show only one being.

Bill Cipher.

Cosmic tyrant.
Master manipulator.
Dimension destroyer.

Dream dealer.

A scene of him and another fellow played in front of your eyes. You were aware only you could see this.

"Bill Cipher! Dream demon at your service!" You watched as Bill extended his hand, engulfed in blue flames to what seemed to be a new victim. It seemed like an outward perspective memory.

Another episode rolled where you watched him shake hands with what looked to be an old looking baby. Grey hair, blue suit, face of a child.

"We'll work out the details later." Bill's voice echoed as it switched to multiple different scenes of Bill's millions and billions of interactions and deals he has made with people.

All the data was overwhelming. You blinked repeatedly until your vision cleared up. In the blink of an eye, you had already learnt everything there was to know about Bill Cipher.

About Gravity Falls.

Planet Earth.

The universe.

You were somewhat surprised that your brain didn't explode from all the new knowledge you had just gained; the secrets of the universe, dimension crossing and extraterrestrial beings.

Landing your eyes on the being in front of you, you made a quick assessment on how you thought he would behave. Not just from his first impression, but by the way he seemed to have presented himself to everyone else.

"We'll work out the details later." His words stuck to you. That's how Bill's managed to screw everyone over my with his 'deals'. He's vague, so vague he can literally ask for anything in return.
