It's 2:00 am and I'm sitting here waiting for my boyfriend of 3 years, Keith Powers to return home. I'm getting even more pissed by the moment and I'm concerned that he's not even going to walk through the door. 3 minutes later, the door opens revealing Keith. "Hey baby." He leans in for a kiss but I dodge him.
"Why the hell are you coming in at 2:00 in the morning?" I get up and I fold my arms. "Look, I ain't in the mood for your bullshit. I'm tired and I just wanna go to bed." I furrow my eyebrows as I walk closer to him. "Answer my question." He sighs and runs his hand through his curls. "I told you I was going out with the boys. We had a meeting with our manager for our next project." "And it didn't end until 2:00?" He rolled his eyes. "Traffic baby." He started to walk past me and go up stairs.
"I want to break up." He stopped in his tracks and turned around. "Skye what the hell you talking about?" "I don't like how you treat me. I stay at home all day while you go out, possibly cheating on me." He started to walk back down the stairs. "Baby, I'm not cheating on you. Im in love with you and only you and I'll never do anything to jeopardize our relationship. You're the only girl I want to be with. I love you." I started to cry as I struggled to speak. "Then act like it." He went to get a box out of his jacket and he kneeled down in front of me.
"Skye, I love you so much. I want to have a family with you I wanna grow old with you. You're my soulmate. Will you marry me?" The ring was silver and shiny with diamonds on it. "Yes!" I jumped into him and I kissed him. He took me upstairs to our bedroom and laid me down gently. "That's why I've been coming home so late. I was trying to get more than enough money to pay for our wedding." "You had me worried sick." You stated as you hit his chest. "I'm sorry. It was worth it though." He leans down and kisses me passionately, cupping my face. It soon gets rougher as his tongue explores my whole month.
He leans up and takes his shirt off, immediately reconnecting our lips right after. This is gonna be a long night.
I wake up to the smell of bacon and eggs. I get up and go down stairs, only to see keith in nothing but his boxers in front of the stove. He turns around and sees me walking towards him. "Good morning baby." He turns back around and continues cooking the eggs. "Here I am thinking you could only cook ramen noodles." He chuckles, responding "don't underestimate a niggas cooking skills." I roll my eyes and I walk into the living room. I turn to SpongeBob and I sit back on the couch. "Breakfast is served." Keith comes back with two plates of bacon and eggs. "Thank you baby" I kiss him cheek and get up to go get juice. I come back with two cups of orange juice and we sit and watch SpongeBob together.
