"(Y/N)?" my mom asked, knocking on the door. "Are you going to school today?" I thought about what Delirious told me last night. He's right. I can't keep running from my problems.
"Yeah," I sighed getting out of bed. "I'll try."
"I'm so glad to hear that. I'll make you breakfast. Be downstairs soon," I chose my outfit for the day and went to take a shower.

(A/N)- plus whatever you wanna wear with it. I just thought the shirt was funny.

I did my normal morning routine and went downstairs. I saw a plate of (F/B) on the table. I just finished eating when I heard a knock on the door. I got up and went to answer it. I opened the door to see Delirious.
"Hey (Y/N)," he said, a bit surprised. "I didn't expect you to be out of your room."
"Well I decided to do what you told me to," I replied. "I'm not gonna run away from my problems anymore."
"I'm glad to hear that."
"Why don't you come in," I said with a smile. "I'm almost ready to go to school. We could walk together if you want."
"That'd be nice," he said, entering my house. I put my dish in the sink and went back upstairs to brush my teeth. I was making my way (DOWNTOWN!) back downstairs when I heard a scream. I rushed into the room to find Delirious on the couch clutching his chest like someone just scared the living daylights out of him, and my mom on the ground clutching her chest as well.
"Mom are you okay?" I asked, helping her onto her feet.
"(Y/N) stay behind me," she said, giving Delirious a menacing look. "There's a masked man in our living room."
"Um yeah, mom you need to calm down," I said. "That's Delirious. He's a good friend of mine. We go to school together."
"Oh," she let out a little chuckle."Well it's nice to meet you Delirious."
"It's nice to meet you to Mrs. (L/N)," Delirious replied.
"Well we should probably head to school now," I said, heading towards the door. "Bye mom."
"Bye kids! Have a good day!" Delirious and I waved goodbye as we left. We were almost to school when I realized something.
"Delirious, what are they going to do to you when they find out we're friends?" I asked.
"Don't worry," he let out a little laugh. "They won't do anything too bad for now. Just stay close to me and nothing bad will happen."
"Is that so?" A familiar voice said behind us. We were thrown over their shoulders and were taken to the back of the school.
"Put us down!" I yelled.
"Gladly," the one holding me sneered before the threw us to the ground, our backs hitting the wall. I looked up to see Basically and Wildcat. Wildcat had carried me and Basically carried Delirious apparently.
"So I wasn't just seeing things when I thought I saw you leaving through
(Y/N)'s window last night," Basically smirked.
"Is she your little girlfriend now?" Wildcat asked. "I mean it only makes sense you'd go for the psycho b****." I looked at the ground, feeling tears well up in my eyes.
"Shut the h*** up man!" Delirious yelled, standing up.
"Or what?" Wildcat towered of Delirious.
"Or you're going to regret not backing off."
"Oh really?" Wildcat threw a punch at Delirious, which he easily dodged, only to be hit by Basically.
"No! Leave him alone!" I yelled, standing up.
"Oh so the brat wants to fight too," Wildcat sneered. I watched Basically kick Delirious. Wildcat threw a punch at me, which I easily dodged.
"Leave her out of this!" Delirious yelled.
"How about no," Wildcat said, picking me up. I punched and kicked, but he wouldn't let me go. Delirious stormed towards him, only to be tackled to the ground by Basically.
"Delirious!" I cried, trying to get out of Wildcat's grasp so I could help my friend. Wildcat walked away from the school and into the woods behind it. After a while of him walking and me kicking and screaming, he finally threw me to the ground. I looked up to see the rest of the crew.
"Where's Basically?" Vanoss asked with a frown.
"Right here," Basically replied. Delirious hung limp over his shoulder. He threw Delirious down next to me. I heard him grown in pain. I pulled him closer to me. He was bloody and bruised, his mask was lined with cracks.
"What is wrong with all of you!" I yelled. My body shook with anger. "He was your friend!"
"He was weak and a traitor," Vanoss said sternly.
"Why do you hate me?" I asked. "What did I do to make you want to ruin my life?" Vanoss froze. "Are you saying there is no reason?" He began to laugh.
"Does there really need to be a reason," he began as got closer. He grabbed me by the neck and lifted me of the ground. "Your weak. You're worthless. You're an easy target. Honestly you should be thanking us. We're the only reason you have
"friends "." He threw me against a tree and put his hands in his pockets. "Let's go." Everyone began to leave but Moo, Mini, and Lui.
"No," Lui said looking at the ground, as Moo helped me up. Vanoss stopped.
"What did you say?" He asked as he turned around.
"I said no," Lui answered "(Y/N)'s right! Delirious is our friend! We shouldn't treat him like that!"
"I'll give the three of you one chance before we make examples of you guys too," Vanoss growled.
"Leave them alone Vanoss," I said with what little voice I had left after being choked.
"I'll give you to the count of three. One... Two... Three." No one moved. "Alright then," Vanoss shrugged. "Do whatever you guys want." With that Nogla tackled Lui, Wildcat threw punches at Mini, and Basically attacked Moo. I tried to stop them, but was tackled to the ground by Vanoss. He held my wrist down and sat on my stomach to make sure I couldn't get up.
"Why can't you just leave me alone!" I yelled struggling to get out of his grip.
"Because where would the fun be in that," he replied, tightening his grip. He dug his nails into my wrists, making me scream in pain. "You'll never beat me," he whispered in my ear. He got off of me, called his crew off, and left. Leaving me, Mini, Moo, Lui, and Delirious where we were.
