The Wingman

Rhys's POV

I suddenly saw Ruby walking away her face red. I then see jack next to me staring at her ass before grinning at me.

"Oh she's feisty kiddo, but she's got no chance with you. How long have you known this chick anyway?" Jack asks me.

"This chick? Jack if your gonna stare at her ass at least know her name." I reply mad.

"Fine then, what's the beautiful maidens name then?" He asks me.

"Ruby, Ruby Rose." I answer staring at her back as she was walking far down the hallway.

"Ruby Rose? That's the most goddamn beautiful girl I've met. If your gonna somehow show that girl your not a total idiot on pandora, your gonna need my help." Jack says and I give him a skeptical look.

"Oh yeah? And how exactly are you gonna help?" I ask.

"Oh I'll just tell you what to say, give you some smart remarks and maybe a few pick up lines. Trust me with this kid!" Jack says grinning.

I thought about Ruby back back there. She's beautiful beyond anything, and so smart too.

"Fine. But you can't mess this up for me ok?" I say and jack stands up in front of me.

"Well obviously, if she rejects you I have to sit and stare idly as such a babe like her slips through your fingers." Jack says.

I woke up suddenly and heard jack yelling at me in front of my face.

"Hey cupcake time to wake up already! We've got a girl to catch and while she's waiting around for you, your sleeping! Cmon! Wake up!" Jack yells.

"Ugh, your worse than an alarm.." I mutter and saw him grin.

"You don't need one of those when you've got that beauty next to you in bed to wake you up." Jack smiles and I chuckled.

Did jack like Ruby too? No he wouldn't, he's just trying to help me...right?

I open the door dressed and packed and saw Ruby leaning on the wall in front of me smoking a cigar.

"You look nice. Ready to head out?" She asked looking me up and down.

"Sure thing doll." I smoothly replied and saw her crack a small smile at me.

"Pandora hold onto your ass cause I'm coming." Ruby whispered smiling.
