Normal Earth POV
Steven sighed as he sat on the beach, exhausted. The girls from his dreams, which are now over, sat next to him on the warm sand.
"Steven I-" Some of them tried to start, but then let the others talk.
"Steven, we have had a crush on you for a long time. We don't want to rush you or anything like that but, we need you to choose someone." Connie said. Oh, no. It's like in Stevens dream! Steven stood and thought for a moment. Hmm... He looked at Amethyst. There was a tiny twitch inside him. He was using the feeling of his heart to pick. He looked at Lapis. It was the same as Amethyst. He looked at Connie. The feeling grew a little. But, when he looked at Peridot, his heart pounded.
"I am going with the feeling in my heart and I pick... Peridot." Connie smiled at Peridot. Peridot smiled back. So Peridot and Steven became best of friends, and the feeling grew. The others forgot that they ever had a crush on Steven, and they went back to normal. Steven missed his old life at times, but this one, he loved. And he never expected anything from Homeworld after that... but he was wrong.
