Jade's POV

Ashton pulled away and looked into my eyes.

"What did they do to you? Your forehead is....bruised and your fingers are swollen.", he said I could tell he was worried.

"I-Come in.", I said and he came in. He followed me to my bedroom and we sat. We were in a moment of silence. An awkward silence.

"Are you going to tell me?", Ashton asked. I nodded and told him about everything that had happened.

"I'm going to take you to school and pick you up from now on. I don't want anything bad to happen to you.", he said. Im glad he is going to take me. but he needs to make it to his classes on time in the morning.

"Are you sure?"

"Of course! I wouldn't leave you there suffering."I smiled and hugged him.

"You don't have to do this. I don't want to get in your way.", I said into his ear.

"You're not in my way! You are like a sister to me.", he said after pulling away.

"Same goes to you. Anyways, how was your first day?", I asked. I wanted to talk about something else.

"Amazing. Anyways, I wrote a new song wanna check it out at my place?", Ashton said.

"Sure, why not.", I said and then he drove me to his house.

Hey" Ashton finished the song and I clapped.

"That was amazing!", I said.

"Thank you. I wish I had a band. It would be easier. I play the drums and I would like to sing at the same time. But, if I ever post videos on youtube, I can't play the drums and sing only. There should be more instruments as well.", he said and sighed.

"True. I wish I knew how to play an instrument."

"Don't worry! It's fine. I just wish I had a band, that's all. It's nothing to be sorry about. The world wouldn't end if I wasn't in a band. I just think it would be very cool."

"Why don't you look for people to make a band?"

"I don't know. Im busy right now because college just started. Maybe I will when I have time. Maybe around spring."

"Oh."

We were watching TV and Ashton's brother Harry walked in.

"Hi Jade!", he said.

"Hey! How are you doing?"

"Good. Are you spending the night here?"

"No. Not today."

"Why? You should!"

"You should spend the night.", Ashton told me.

"But I don't have anything for school."

"We can go get some stuff right now."

"Okay.", I gave in.

"Yay!", Harry said and ran out the room.

"Lets go.", Ashton said and we left to my house.

I picked out 2 outfits and some stuff like deodorant, perfume, my laptop, phone charger, shampoo and toothbrush. Oh and my pajamas.
