I woke up this morning to the best sleep ever. Sadly I was still in the hospital but there was already a smoothie on the table next to me. I picked it up and took a sip. I rubbed my eyes before looking over to find Jake. He was standing up holding one of the boys. The other was asleep in the open crib.

E- Erika , J- Jake , N- nurse , T- Tessa , I- Ivan , Em- Emilio

E: morning
J: oh hey gorgeous how did you sleep
E: amazing. Did you get up with them every time ?
J: yes I did
E: why?
J: I wanted you to sleep as good as you can before we go home
The nurse walked in.
N: ok I see mommy is awake. Are you feeling ok to go home today?
E: definitely
N: alright so I have you guys set to leave in two hours. Is that fine ?
E: it's perfect thank you
She left.
J: Tessa is on the way with the Martinez twins
E: ugh I can't wait to see their reaction
J: me too
An hour later
T: Auntie Tessa is here !!!!
E: T!
Erika went up to Tessa and hugged her.
T: woah you're standing and waking like... a normal person
J: I know right!
E: MARTINEZ! Come here I've missed you guys
They gave her a hug. Erika picked Jayden up and showed him to the twins.
I: he looks real
They all laughed. jake vlogged and Tessa took jacks from him.
J: he is kinda real Ivan
E: can I touch ?
E: you guys wanna hold them?
I: yeah
The twins sat down and took the boys.

About an hour later they finally got to leave the hospital. Jake carried both car seats while Erika got wheeled out. Tessa and the twins followed carrying some of their things. When they got home they put some stuff away then went to the team 10 house. Everyone was there and they all gathered around the boys to see them. Tristan had Jayden and Logan had Jackson.
J: Erika I did something
E: already jake we just got home ?!?
J: I took the promise ring I got you and added the boys' birthstone on both sides of the diamond.
E: what! Why! Oh my gosh it's beautiful.
She said as he took it out of the box to show her.
J: Tessa told me that when you had kids you wanted a ring with their birthstone. I decided to put it on your promise ring because-
His voice started cracking as he started tearing up.
E: aw baby
She caressed his cheek.
J: because I promised you that I would give you everything you wanted. And I'm going to add to my promise right now. So Erika , Jayden , and Jackson , I promise that from this day forward you will never have to worry about where we are in life. I promise that you guys will always have what you need and deserve. I promise that I will love you all until the day I die. And I promise on everything that I will grind so hard to make you all proud. I love you guys so much. Thank you costell for bringing the missing pieces to my heart into this world. I'm so in love with you baby and I can't wait to make you my wife soon.
E: Jake Paul.... you've outdone yourself once again. I love you
C: bro you're setting the bar so high for me
L: seriously like we get it you're a good guy
They joked to him as he hugged Erika.
E: alrighty so I'm gonna go nap and you guys can take care of the boys.
She kissed jake then walked to the house.
J: someone give me one of my kids back.

Team 10 , Jake , and well Logan sat on the floor and talked for hours.
