This is a reminder: Don't wear your binder for 8+ hours. I just took mine off after a good two days of wearing it. You probably can't see it all that well considering the poor lighting, but I am bruised. Severely. All across my torso. Binders are safe. They aren't safe after 48 hours. Stay safe. Don't wear your binders for more than eight hours.
