Light softly illuminated the hospital room. The harsh hospital lights turned off as to not disturb the patient. (Y/n) laid in her hospital bed. Naruto had woken up days before his little sister. He sat beside her bed, looking at her. Their pinkies intertwined, she wasn't letting go, even if she was unconscious...

"Hey... Kakashi-sensei... How are you doing?" Sakura quietly entered the room. "It's already been a week since they came back... And she's still like this..." Kakashi sighed as he looked at his daughter. "Lady Hokage said that she will be fine, she just needs to rest because she pushed herself for a month straight..." the girl said as she gave a weak smile. "But I did the same as her... Why is she still asleep?" Naruto mumbled to himself. "And besides, you know her... Once she wakes up she'll be as it never happened!" she said with a bright smile, making her sensei crack a smile as he looked at the twins. "I guess you're right..."

"Knock knock knock!"

The three Team 7 members turned their heads to see Tsunade walk through the door. "Oh! Hello Lady Hokage!" Sakura said as she bowed. "Geez... Don't call me that. Just call me Lady Tsunade... Hokage makes me feel older than I already am..." the blonde scrunched her nose at the name. "A-ah! Yes! I'm sorry, I forgot!" she bowed once more. "Kakashi, how are you holding up? You know you're not supposed to be out of bed yet..." Tsunade looked at the jounin. "I've been better..." his gaze never left the twins. "Don't worry Kakashi... She'll wake up soon. Actually... She should wake up any day now..." she said as she placed two glowing hands over the girl's heart. Tsunade's eyes were caught by the two children's hands. How their pinkies interlocked. "Don't worry... She'll wake up with a warm smile..." Lady Hokage said with a small smile "I know... I just wonder why she's still asleep even after a week..." he mumbled, "But the good news is that I guess you got the sleep you needed, sis," he gave small laugh as the two adults in the room cracked a smile.

"Kakashi-sensei..." Sakura said in a low voice. "Hm?" he looked up at her. She clenched her fists as she struggled to get the words out.

"Who is Hatake, (Y/n)...?" she said as she looked straight at her sensei. "Excuse me?" he raised an eyebrow in confusion as Tsunade looked over with the same expression.

"(Y/n)... she is your daughter. Though you never told us why you adopted her. Naruto and Sasuke seem to know a lot about her when she rarely speaks about her past. Just who is she?!" her eyes were filled with frustration as Naruto looked at her from across the room. "I'm guessing you won't let this go will you?..." the jounin sighed behind his mask. Sakura neither nodded nor gave any sign of confirmation of his words.

"Alright... but you have to swear that this information doesn't spread to anyone in or outside of the village," the older male said in a stern voice. The pinkette only nodded as a sign for him to continue.

"(Y/n) is my daughter... My adopted daughter. I offered to raise her when she was six years old after Lord Third had been looking for jounin to take her. I took her in from a small apartment she lived in with her twin brother... Naruto..." he explained in a low voice.

Sakura's emerald eyes grew large.

Her head snapped towards the two twins on the opposite side of the hospital room. Naruto was now holding his sister's hand completely.

"There are only a few people that I am aware that know of her past," Kakashi said.

"Naruto."
