Okayyy so chapter 1 may just be the shittiest but then again who knowsss. LEGGO~

Alex's POV
I stepped out of the cab with all of my luggage and stared at the large building in front of me. My gaze drifted up to the bold letters that clearly stated 'King's College'. I had been dreaming of being here since I moved to New York. Exhausted from the ride, I glanced down at my key to find out which dorm I was staying in, so I could collapse on a bed and pass out. I hurried to the dorm that matched the number on my key, unlocked the door and stepped in. The first thing I saw was a guy on a couch. Shit. I forgot there were dorm mates. His eyes shot up from staring at his phone, and he walked over to me with a wide grin.

"You must be Alexander Hamilton!" He said, holding out his hand.

I nodded and shook his hand, "And you are?"

"John Laurens," He replied.

John had curly hair which he had up in a pony tail, and freckles that seemed to cover his entire face, along with hazel/green eyes.

"Damn, you look exhausted,"Laurens pointed out, "your bed's this one," he gestured to a clean, untouched-looking bed, unlike the other one which had clothes thrown across it and messed up sheets.

"Y-yeah, thanks," I stuttered tiredly, dropping my suitcase next to my bed and collapsing.

John's POV
Alex collapsed on his bed and almost instantly fell asleep. He must have had a long ride. I picked up my phone and texted Laf and Herc.

JohnnyBoi🐢🐢🐢: GUYZZZZ My roomie arrived just noe but he's sleepinnnnn

LargeBaguette: Oooooh, 'he' mon ami? ;))

HERCULESMULLIGAN: DOES JOHNNY GOT HIMSELF A BOYFRIEND?! ;D

JohnnyBoi🐢🐢🐢: What the actual fuck guys. He literally got here 1 minute ago.

LargeBaguette: Whatever mon ami, so when can we meet him?

JohnnyBoi🐢🐢🐢: Clearly not right now, he's sleeping.

I put my phone down and glanced over at Alex, who was now peacefully sleeping. He looked so adorable...oh who am I kidding, I have to stop thinking like this. I just met him...
