It's been a couple of years since Phoenix and hawks birth they have both become the most fabulous defenders of splatalot.
Kook's Pov.
I walked down the stairs into the breakfast room with my family both kids raced to get there cereal I just sat in between raven and tinkor everyone was discussing wether when should Phoenix and hawk defend..'how about Phoenix and work with me and hawk and work you skabb how about that!' Shaiden said I spoke sharply 'shaiden I don't know wether it is a good idea to put Phoenix out there I mean she means the world to me.. Phoenix cut me of 'but daaaaaddd! I'm 13 I'm not a chick anymore! Besides we can both take care of are selfs.' She flicked her green long hair and swaggered our with a 'huhmp' so did hawk they both walked out and walked up stairs with a sigh.

I bolted up the stairs while hawk was trotting behind me I walked into the room and stared in the mirror 'I'm 13 I can take care of myself can't it!' I said hawk disagreed 'well actually Phoenix dad is right you can't really take care of yourself like last week you felt into the moat when dad did tell to be careful around attackers...' 'oh hawk I was fine! My feathers where's big crumpled that's all...' I ran my fingers though my hair and tied it up into a bun and ruffled wings and put some purple green feathers into my boots and adjusted my googles and walked out of the room to the defenders weapons room. Hawk followed 'uhh Phoenix.. I don't think mum and dad will be happy about us being in the weapons room...' 'oh hawk just keep your beak shut for a minute!' I shouted in a angry way I picked up one of the slime ball guns and aimed it at the wall 'I'll show dad I can be a defender I got what it takes!' 'Phoenix please come on! Don't take that the others need it!' 'Ugh hawk just go back to your room your really bugging me!!' I screamed.Hawk ran off up stairs to his room I quickly fired a ball at the wall. It came back at my face but I dived to the right just in time before it hit me in the face. I quickly ran up stairs past the defenders room and outside to the stockaid so splat some attackers I hid behind a barrel and fired a ball at a attacker. I noticed that dad and shaiden and tinkor where defending I had to be careful. I shot another accidentally at shaiden's head 'HEY! Kookaburra!! Why did you shoot a ball at me! Aim it at the attackers!' 'I didn't! I was getting slime!' 'Then who was it!' I quickly covers my mouth and slowly slid behind barrel of slime before hearing footsteps approaching the barrel.and to my surprise it was dad... I slowly moved to the exit before hearing... 'PHEONIX KOOKABURRA! GET HEAR NOW YOUNG LADY!' I walked over to kook with my head down while holding a splat ball gun. 'Phoenix I told you! Your not ready to be a defender YET! And you disobey my rule.. your grounded!' 'BUT DAD! I CAN'T WAIT! ITS SO COOL DEFENDING!! PLEASE DAD ONE MORE CHANCE! I BEG' I let a small tear escape my eye.kook grabbed me and escorted my to my room 'I expected more from you phoenix.. but you have let me down the defenders down you are going to stay in hear till you apologise and think about your actions.' He walked out the front door and locked it. I banged my head against my wall and screamed 'AHHHGGHGGG!!!' after I let all the aggression out I felt much better.
