We just got back to the dorm, and I felt completely exhausted.
I turned out that Tzuyu was a complete addict when it came to ice cream. Cookies and cream, to be precise.
We were in the parlor for at least two hours, where she chugged like, five servings. How she maintains her body, I'll never know.
It was nice getting back on the bus to the dorm. I met the lady driver again, but it was also a close call, because she almost recognized who Tzuyu was. It would've been the end had her eyesight been any better.
The air was cool, as you would expect it to be in the month of November. I was starting to feel the cold bite at me, making me remember to buy some more hot pads for when the snow came.
Also to buy some extra for Tzuyu, in case she runs out of them due to her low tolerance.
"We're home!" Tzuyu shouted as I closed the door behind me.
All eight of them were still on the couch, some eating, some sleeping, and some swiping away at their cellphones.
Momo, of course, was munching on jokbal, smiling as she did so.
Nayeon jumped at Tzuyu's voice and immediately looked over her shoulder to look at us and sat up, adjusting herself so that her entire body faced us.
"So how did it go?" she asked, exposing her bunny teeth. "Did you beat him up?"
"Um, no," Tzuyu chuckled. "But yeah, it went well. He formally apologized, just how y/n predicted."
"Oooooh," they all cooed. I was starting to blush. All of their eyes were on me.
"What did you do?," Sana asked me.
"I just told him to stop what he was doing," I shrugged my shoulders. "That's it."
"Hey, that's not true!" Tzuyu suddenly punched me on the shoulder. Ouch. She actually packed quite the power. "You were so scary at first! I actually thought you were gonna beat him up or something."
"I'd never do something like that, I promise!" I replied.
"I know you wouldn't," she smiled.
We looked at each other in silence for a few seconds.
Was her smile always this pretty?
"By the way," Chaeyoung said, breaking the silence. "What took you guys so long? It was like, three hours that you two were gone."
"Oh, we went out for ice cream afterwards," Tzuyu chuckled in response, while I merely shrugged.
They all started whispering while Nayeon pouted.
"By any chance, are you two dating?" Mina asked. She had a stern expression on her face. "You know we can't do that until next year, right?"
"Of course we're not dating!" Tzuyu said quickly, almost eating up her words in bad Korean. "We're just good friends."
They turned to look at me, a questioning look on them.
"What she said," I answered nonchalantly. "Now if you guys can excuse me, I have to work on the fifth season of your reality TV thingamajig."
"Oh yes! Good luck!" Mina smiled.
"Thanks," I replied, not stopping as I walked to my room.
Shutting the door behind me, I sighed in relief. I luckily avoided being interrogated by eight girls like I had committed a serious crime.
And what was that that Mina said?
'You know we can't do that until next year'? What did that mean, exactly?
