SCP 079 x reader (On Indefinite Hiatus)

Roses are red

Fried potatoes

I'm putting this story

On hiatus

My life's getting weird

Money is tight

And I can't seem to find

The drive to write

But you readers have been awesome

Through and through

So I wrote this short poem

To thank all of you

For your time and your ratings

And all your comments

For your kindness and support

And your compliments

Through my periods of silence

And inconsistent updates

And each and every

Super-long wait

I wish I could have been

More loyal to this book

But writer's block comes for me

And gives me many  s p o o k

(Okay, that last line was a stretch,

we all know that's true,

But I'm going off-topic

As I sometimes do.)

And to tie up this poem

I hope you aren't mad

At my failures to update

And the long waits that you've had

So I want to apologize

For all that I've done

To make you wait and wait longer

For new chapters to come

But of course I must ask you

To wait long again

This wait will be indefinite

I'm not sure when it will end

But I would love to thank each

And every single one of you

For all of this support

And the ratings and views

So...

From the bottom of my heart,

and every inch of my soul...
