Rejecting The Alpha Of Rouges

My arms ached from carrying bags and lifting up my arms so Ciana and Mina could look to see if a piece of clothing looked good on me. Thankfully we only had one more store to go to. They said it was specifically for underwear. Blayke and Alec decided that they would spend their own money on food for all of us, besides going into Victoria Secret. When I walked in I wanted to walk out. It was so much for such a little store. I felt embarrassed that I was going to buy underwear from here.

When we finished shopping both Ciana and Mina blushed fiercely when they sat down in the seats beside their mates. They both just stared at their food not wanting to talk to Blayke and Alec. I let out a little chuckle and began eating my salad. I knew that I couldn't eat a lot because I didn't have much of an appetite because I was a rogue so I didn't ever hunt for food unless my stomach was going to eat itself.

We got back to the pack house, Ashur nowhere in sight. His food was going to get cold. I grabbed the bag with Ashur's food in it and began sniffing. I followed the strong scent. It led to a room and into the bathroom. I swallowed hard and put my ear to the door.

"I have a question Dean," I heard Cole ask.

"What is it?" Alpha Frey said.

"Why did you kill mine and Aliya's parents?" Cole asked.

"Your parents killed my pack and took me," Alpha Frey answered. "They did bad stuff to me and one day I smelled your sister's scent and it drove me to all kinds of crazy. I was strong enough to stand up and kicked the cell down. I ran away after that. I went back with a vengeance and I regret doing it. If I knew that Aliya was their daughter and that you were in your mom's tummy I wouldn't have done it. I would've just gave them a warning."

I held my breath as tears slowly fell down my cheeks. I put Alpha Frey's food down on the bed and snuck out of the room. I walked out to the kitchen wiping the tears from my face before anyone noticed that I was crying. I stood up strong and walked to the front door. The boys were panting and swallowing hard. Ciana and Mina just laughed at them. Blayke and Alec just rolled their eyes at Ciana and Mina. I grabbed the bags and handed some over to the two girls.

"Let's give these two a break," I smiled. "They're not as good as carrying stuff as we are."

After we sorted out all the clothes in my room Ciana and Mina went to go put their stuff away. I was the only one that slept alone. My heart leaped towards Alpha Frey's story that he told Cole. How come I never knew about this? How many people did know? My thoughts wandered to what Alpha Frey meant by 'did bad stuff'. I put away everything lost wandering in my own mind. There was a knock at the door. I snapped out of my thoughts and answered the door.

"Alpha Frey," I said. "Is there anything you need?"

"Thank you for bringing me the food," Alpha Frey relaxed at the door frame. "How was shopping?"

"Well we had fun while Blayke and Alec were going through torture," I answered, laughing.

Alpha Frey smiled. "That's good. Us boys are usually like that when we take girls out shopping. My mom was the same and I wanted to rip my head off."

I smiled. "It's a way for girls to bond with everyone."

"Can I come in?" Alpha Frey asked.

I stepped aside so Alpha Frey could come in. He walked in slowly and sat down on the bed. I closed the door and turned around to face him. Alpha Frey cleared his throat. An uncomfortable silence filled the room, making me shift awkwardly.

"I'm sorry about what happened the last time we encountered," Alpha Frey said. "Also my name is Dean. You're my mate you shouldn't be calling me Alpha Frey. I'm technically not even an Alpha. I'm just someone that takes in rouges that need the support."
