☙ Zoe's POV ☙
This modeling gig wasn't bad. All the models were nice to me, giving tips each time I go up. But to ruin my mood this guy named Anthony kept on bothering me which he is certainly doing right now.To be nice I didn't do or say anything bad to him. Only nod and give a soft smile, answering here and there but nothing else.
I guess Roman saw how I didn't want anything to do with him cause he came up to me, wrapping an arm around my waist. "Anthony" he voice was cold and bitter. Anthony shifts at Romans cold voice." if you talk to Zoe for anything outside of business or come close to her, I'II fire you on the spot "I look at him my lips parts. I wanted him to do something to get me out of this stupid conversation but I didn't want him to threaten his job " do you understand me?"
I look back at Anthony to see him nodding his head nervously looking at the floor. " good, your dismissed " he quickly walks away going back to his job. I look back at Roman, he was still looking as Anthony left "Ro" his brown eyes connect with mine. Nothing but satisfaction written all over his face " you didn't have to do that" he sighs and pulls me over to a quiet place in this crazy hectic place. " princess he was giving you a hard time" his voice sweeter.
I look up at his reassuring eyes. I press my lips together. He's overprotective but I don't want people's jobs on the line " Ro, I don't want people in here being scared of me" my voice soft but serious. His eyes left mine and feel on the floor. Sometimes he's cute doing the littlest stuff. I walk up to him and cup his face in my hands.
I kiss his soft lips, he immediately kisses me back. Our lips moving in sync with each other. He wraps his arm around my waist, pushing my body against mine. Before anything got heated, I broke the kiss. A small growl leaving his lips. I open my eyes to see him looking back at him with lust in his eyes. I move my hands to his chest. I bite my lip thinking about what he would do to me at this moment.
He was leaning in to kiss me but someone calls out his name. A low grunt leaving his mouth as he reluctantly pulls away. " come on Princess " he mumbles. Probably because he can't have some time with me. I nod and he unwraps his arms around me. I fix my shirt and skirt before making my way out cause you have to look professional.
I walk out with Roman behind me. His hand was on my back. Leading me along, when we get back to the hectic room. A girl pops out immediately in the crowd. You got to be kidding. I thought this was going to be a good day but when do I ever get a good day.
