MILLIE'S P.O.V

i stepped out of the taxi with a sigh of relief, the horns cascading down the road baring in my ears and i rubbed my head, my blazing headache not changing from the long ride. i waved to the taxi driver, who tipped his hat, and my feet touched the ground, and i wobbled a little on my heels as i shut the door behind me, beginning to step down the platform onto set, the security guard giving me a smile.

i felt a smile tug at the corners of my mouth as i walked towards my meeting. even though my head throbbed, the thought of seeing my friends again sounded perfect.

waiting to start filming sucked, the anticipation almost killed us all. i missed our late nights and sleepovers and most of all hugging them all. i'd seen noah a lot during the break, and sadie a few times as well, and of course everyone at some interviews and at the premiere, but other then that, we hadn't seen each other for a while, and i was tingling with excitement, goosebumps appearing on my arms.

"MILLIE!" a scream of excitement echoed through the room as i opened the door, and i could barely see as sadie hurled herself towards me, crashing into me and making my eyes full with tears as i hugged her tight against me.

noah joined the hug seconds later, and held my best friends close to me, fluttering my eyelashes, trying not to let tears escape my eyes. noah nuzzled his head in my shoulder, and i snuggled him back.

"hi," i laughed finally, stepping back to give caleb and gaten equally warm and welcoming hugs. "how are you guys?" i gasped, ruffling gaten's hair and grinning at caleb.

"i'm doing pretty well," caleb commented, clasping his hands together. "i missed you all though!" gaten nodded in agreement, his smile lighting up the room. "it's so great to be back!"

i smiled at his enthusiasm. i was really happy to be back too. i took a glance around the room, furrowing my eyebrows as i watched for he last member of our group. "where's finn?" i asked curiously, and the rest of the group turned their dancing eyes on me.

noah raised his eyebrows. "oh, off to see lover boy already?" he teased, and i snorted, ignoring the heat that spread throughout my neck, nearly making me dizzy. "oh, whatever. i was just wondering why I hadn't gotten an awkward hug from him yet." i said smoothly, and the group laughed.

"he's not here yet," sadie answered. "but i hope he'll hurry. they won't or us eat until everyone's here, and my stomach is tearing itself apart."

we laughed, and gaten nodded in agreement. we turned as the door opened again, and my eyes widened and mouth opened a little without thinking, because for a second i didn't recognize finn. he looked great. i glances at the others, and finn's eyes met mine, but i glanced away quickly as the others moved to greet him.

"what's up, guys?" finn laughed and everyone stepped forward to hug him. everyone was smiling, and i did too as finn stepped forward, wrapping his arms around me. "hey mills," he murmured in my ear, and i felt tingles shoot down my spine uncontrollably, and i squeezed my eyes shut. what the hell, millie?

"how've you been?" i asked softly as we stepped apart, and i titled back and forth on my feet as he rested his hand lazily in his pocket, scratching his head with his other. "i'm okay. just really busy. you know." i nodded in agreement. "at least now you can be busy with your favorite people in the world!" he laughed as we walked towards the others.
