"Come here, Daliet. Eat your breakfast." I said as I put cat food into Daliet's bowl. Daliet came and ate as I pet it's head." Good boy." I said. I went out to the living room and got a notification on my phone. It was from the dating app I entered.

'You've got a match!'

Now I'm curious who this match is. I opened it and saw the profile of the guy." Kang Daniel. Interesting name." I muttered. I read through his profile." Wow, he has two cats named Rooney and Peter....who are females." I read, giggling to myself. He was online.

We continued chatting until I felt a furball at my foot. I looked up and saw Daliet. He was wrapped around my foot and sleeping. I smiled.

U know, my cat is currently sleeping on my foot like a fur ball.

A few weeks later....

It's been around 4 weeks since I started talking to Daniel. Today, I'm going to go meet him with Daliet! He's going to bring Rooney and Peter as well! I sat at the cat cafe with Daliet. Around 5 minutes later, a guy came with two cats in leashes.

Daniel's P.O.V

I got into the cat cafe with Rooney and Peter following behind me while I hold their leashes. I looked around and saw a girl with brown hazelnut hair with a grey cat. The cat was really fluffy. I walked to her." (Y/N)?" I asked and she looked up. Woah. Her eyes were really pretty.

"Daniel? Is that you?" She asked." Yeah." I said and we shook our hands, introducing ourselves and sat down." So, that's Rooney and Peter?" She asked, pointing to my cats." Yes! And I bet that's Daliet." I said, pointing to her cat." Of course~" She answered.

We ordered our drinks and snacks for our cats." You know, I originally named Daliet after my first boyfriend. I was still dating him at the time I got Daliet. A few months after that, we broke up and I changed Daliet's name." (Y/N) said." What's your ex's name?" I asked.

I sipped on my cup of coffee." Well, his name was Dawon. Kim Dawon(I'm sorry, I don't know Dawon's real name or surname I'm so sorry to SF9 fans out there -A/N)." She answered." Kim Dawon? That's like, one of my closest friend's name." I said.

Then, someone entered the cafe. We looked at the door and I saw my friends. One of them spotted me." Yo, Kang Daniel!"." Yo, Ong." I greeted and greeted the others. (Y/N) just smiled and slightly bowed her head at them." Guys, this is-" I was cut off." (Y-Y/N)?".

We all looked at my best friend." Dawon, you know her?" I asked him." D-Daniel, she's my ex." Dawon said. I looked at (Y/N) and she was uncomfortable." S-sorry. I-I didn't know that they would be here." I told her." It's fine." She said." Wait, you're dating his ex?" Ong asked.

"Seongwoo, she told me that her ex was named Kim Dawon, but then I didn't know it was the Kim Dawon." I said." Isn't that our cat?" Dawon asked (Y/N)." He's not our cat anymore. He's my cat and his name is Daliet." (Y/N) said in a cold tone." You wanna go somewhere else?".

"Maybe we'll meet some other time. I'll text you." (Y/N) said, standing up." A-alright. And I'll make sure that we're alone." I said. She smiled and left. I plopped back down in my seat with a sigh." Did we interrupt something?" Jaehwan hyung asked." Yes. Yes you did." I answered.

"Dude, we made a rule that we can't date each other's exes!" Dawon said." I didn't know she was your ex! I've been talking to her for a month!" I exclaimed. Dawon came up to me and dragged me on my feet by my collar." Breakup with her or you're out of the group, Daniel." He threatened.

"And what if I don't want to? You're stupid for breaking up with her, Dawon. You don't deserve to be in Wanna One whether you like it or not." I said, gritting my teeth." Break it up, you two." Sungwoon hyung said as Minhyun hyung and Guanlin pulled Dawon away from me.

"Yah. Kim Dawon. You can't threaten Daniel like that. He's like our second leader after me." Jisung hyung said." Fine. I'll leave this group, but remember this, Kang Daniel. I will give no mercy." Dawon said and shoved Minhyun hyung and Guanlin away before walking off.

"What should we do, hyung?" Daehwi asked me." He can't do anything. Remember, he's always been the lowest of us." I said

A few days later....

I met (Y/N) again and she wasn't really happy." I'm so sorry about a few days ago. I never knew you were his ex. I'm so sorry." I apologized." No, it's fine. I never knew you were friends with him anyways." She said. I just smiled." Let me treat you." I said.

She agreed and we went to buy ice cream. As we ate ice cream and walked to the park, I spotted someone who was following us." (Y/N), I got something to ask you." I asked her as we sat down, licking our lips after the last bite of the ice cream.

"What is it?" She asked. I looked at her and looked into her eyes." C-can I kiss you?" I asked, getting lost in her brown orbs. I could see the universe in them. They're so deep and.....inviting. She nodded and I leaned in. I held the back of her neck and pulled her in.

I felt her soft lips on mine. How were they so soft? I pulled away before I got out of control." I know it's kind of early, but I love you..." I said. She smiled." I love you too...." She said and I smiled back.
