Bulkheads p.o.v
"Excuse me sir!" I walked over to a man. "Yes?" I smiled to him, "I believe this is yours." I moved out of the way to show the man the little girl with her blonde pigtails. "Oh Abigail!" He hugged her. "Thank you oh so much sir," he grabbed her hand with a smile. "You're welcome." I went back to the door to greet people or stand there with a stoic face. "Um sir," I turned back around to see a women. She had a son who was brown headed. "Do you care to um give us another map?" I smiled and leaned over the counter. "Here ya go." She smiled warmly, "thank you sir." I nodded and bent down to the boy, "make sure to look at the T-Rex." He smiled wide and nodded vigorously. They turned and left.
"Hey Brian!" Tom called out. He was my fellow work buddy. "Hey there Tom." He gave me a high five. "How's it been goin?" I shrugged, "as good as it gets I suppose." He nodded, "my kid is graduating tomorrow." He shook his head, "oh how the years go by. You know. I really do wish there was a way to know that you are in the good old days before you have actually left them." I looked at him. He was thinking. I wish there was also. "Me too." He smiled, "well I have to get going. My wife is gonna be calling. Have a good day my friend." I waved to him as he walked out.An hour later I was closing up the museum. The museum closes early on Sundays. The lights were all that was left to turn off and the TVs. I turned off every single tv except for one. It was talking about WWIII. :.:We have taken the lead with this folks. I believe we have won. We wait here now for the white flag and all men and women are coming home. Again I shall pray for all those out there. Along with the missing unit that did not aboard there helicopter. Amen!:.: I sat there. I was tired of war. The rest of these humans had no idea what else was coming there way. I wish I could just drive to Nevada but it would only put the kids in danger to see them. Our base was gone and Agent Fowler was not available to us for he didn't know where we were located or how to find us. "This will end." I glared and pushed the power off button.

It was now the next week and tomorrow was the new guys appointment. Something kept bugging me about it. I just needed to know. I just want it to happen so it's all over with. I couldn't stand being here much longer. All the paperwork being filled out from day to day. I am ready to leave, I just wanna go back home. I couldn't believe I thought of actually wanting to see those pesky younglings but I needed them.
"Doctor Rick. You're next patient is here." I sighed as I stood. "Come with me." This mans name was Owen. He had a bruised rib that needed to be checked out for about every week for a month. "How is it holding up Mr.Alvis?" His posture went from uncomfortable to happy, "amazing actually. I really think it's almost completely healed." I wanted to be enthusiastic for him also, "Good! I'm super glad." He smiled happily as he got on the examining table. He was about as old as Bumblebee is now. I hope Bumblebee was somewhere safe. "Alright, lay back and relax. I'm just gonna poke. You tell me what hurts." He nodded. I poked him in his side and he shook his head. I poked the rib and he nodded. I felt around there a bit only to feel no sign of a bump. "Well the notch that was there is gone so that's good." Owen looked relieved.
"Thanks Doc." I flinched at that. No one ever called me Doc except for WheelJack and Bulkhead. Never thought I'd say this either but I miss them. I miss the funny name calling, especially when I go through wrenches at them. But now I can't. Instead I stick needles in humans and hit their knee caps to check their reflexes. Oh Primus just lead me home.WheelJacks p.o.v
I ate the last bit of deer I had. The only real reason I didn't get a job was so the cons couldn't find me easier, it's also super quiet out here. Well, if you don't count all the animals making their daily noises to each other. I would get a job but I didn't see the point I'm gonna be leaving this place soon so I can find the others. "I need something to listen to." I got up and grabbed my throwing knives. I turned on the radio and played something. It had a good beat to it. My target was set against my door. I threw one of my knives and it landed dead center. I smirked, "bullseye."
