Loki x reader

-couple hours after Loki explains EVERYTHING-

You both sit on the couch watching tv.

"I don't get it." Loki huffs. He crosses his arms and gives the tv a slanted look.

"What don't you get?" You sigh. You've spent the past hour explaining what a tv is and why the people on the screen can't hear you.

"Where they on a break or not??!" Loki asks.
"Well, Technically Yes."

"Technically?"

"Well... I mean they where on a break...
but it doesn't mean Ross should just sleep with some other person." You reason.

"Ah . yes I see now." Loki seems to be satisfied with your answer.

The commercials come on and you both sigh.

You get up.
"Care for a cup of tea?" You ask Loki. Loki looks so cute snuggled in the couch waiting for Friends to come back on.

"If you wouldn't mind." Loki says.
You smile and walk to the kitchen.
You turn the kettle on and wait for the water to boil. Once the water has boiled you poured two cups out.

"Would you like any milk or sugar in your tea?" You call out to Loki.

"No thank youuuu!" Loki calls back, Laughing at a commercial.

You keep his black.
For yourself on the other hand , you just add a lot of sugar. No milk.

You steadily walk back to the couch with both cups in your hands.

"Here you go." You hand over the mug.
Loki takes a sip.

"It's perfect, thank you."

You smile and sit down rather close to him. You sip your tea. The warmth comforts you.

"How do you usually take your tea?" Loki asks.
(The room was dark and he couldn't see well)

"No milk, lots of sugar."
You state.

"And I mean a LOT of sugar!" You laugh.
Loki giggles at you being silly.

"Why so much sugar?" He asks. Loki sits back slightly, wrapping himself in all the blankets. It seems as if he's always cold.

"Because life isn't sweet."
Loki looks at you as you say this.

"You see, we always want sweet things to make up for how bitter life is."
