I looked to my father and we both stayed in our chairs as the rest of the room filled out, my mother included, "I am impressed with both of you as of late," he told us, "I am glad we are able to keep one of our own on the inside and yet still be rid of Dumbledore. I was displeased when I learned you could not attend the previous meetings we held, however I understand that it's more difficult for you to slip away from right under the Order's watch. That is why we will not be training tonight, but I will find ways to keep in touch with you throughout the summer for updates, whenever I deem it is safe enough to do so. Your mother has proven to be a great addition to my ranks as well, as she is finally becoming more involved with us. It seems as though you take after her quite a bit. With parestn like you've got, I guess your talent is to be expected."

"Thank you my Lord," I replied.

It didn't escape my notice that Severus was watching my reactions very closely, liking looking out for me getting too happy at the praise I was receiving, or from becoming too upset at the mention of my mother. He didn't need to worry as much though, I had grown since I first was kicked out of her house all those years ago, and I was no longer afraid of her as I had once been.

"I think it is best if you get back before too much time has passed. I'd like to sit down for a proper family dinner soon though with all of you, to talk about my plans for the future once POtter is out of the way and the Ministry has fallen. Severus I'd like to speak to you a bit more about Hogwarts."

I stood up before bending down and giving Severus a hug, "Bye Dad, I love you," I told him before walking out.

Everyone had left by now so I said a quick goodbye to Draco before I apparated back to Grimmauld Place. I had been gone longer than I ever was, but no one said a word as I came through the door around midnight to find all three adults sitting on the couch in the living room talking in hushed tones. I couldn't see anything that led me to believe LUpin and Tonks had gotten married, but Voldemort was never wrong. I just didn't know why they would chose to keep it from me still.

The next evening Sirius informed me that we would be going to the Weasley's for a quick impromptu Order meeting. Hermione had been staying at the Burrow to keep not only herself safe, but her family safe, since the start of summer. It was agreed that the kids would be allowed to assist Harry in his flight over to eh Burrow, even if the parents aren't fond of the idea. Everyone was of age except for me, and I had always done as I pleased. Now so I did even more as I pleased as Severus wasn't there even, and most of the adults avoided bringing him or any sort of rule regarding parents up with me. To my surprise even Hermione wanted to help, despite hating flying on a broomstick. Augusta was originally not going to let Neville go, but his Uncle Algie convinced her to let him do as he pleased, and face against the Dark forces as his parents had. I successfully avoided Neville all evening, as I wasn't sure where we stood, or what I wanted with him still. It was best to not lead him on, but I wasn't sure I was ready to tell him it was time to call it quits either. We were also informed that a few other Order members were going to come with us and take the Dursleys with them to be protected from Voldemort, who we were sure was going to go after them for information about Harry. I was sure harry was having a difficult time convincing his aunt and uncle of the danger they were in, considering the fact that they seemed like the worst Muggles I knew, but he had to manage it, for their benefit.

The Daily Prophet that day had Dumbledore's obituary in it written by a man by the name of Ephesus Dodge. As I read over it, I realized how little I had known about the man. He seemed to know about all aspects of my life from a young age, and I hadn't even known he had a sister! There was a small article about Charity Burbage resigning as the Muggle Studies teacher at Hogwarts, and my throat closed a bit as I remembered her demise. There was also a rather lengthy article about an upcoming book, but none other than Rita Skeeter. She said she was going to reveal the truths of Dumbledore's childhood, his duel with Grindelwald and his relationship with Harry. A load of rubbish it was bound to be, however I knew the Wizarding world was bound to eat it up and accept it as fact, as the man himself was no longer there to defend himself.

Sorry that was such a filler chapter but it was necessary to set the scene and whatnot :/
